:) Click to report rating    1/13/10 5 5 5 I have a patient of Dr. Francis for 20 years. He is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients and he honestly cares for them. He is great about sending you to a specialist when needed which I think some doctors want a quick fix and do not do this. He has been able to help me through serious medical issues and also those of my family.

:) Click to report rating    9/21/09 5 5 5 Dr. Francis was referred to me by my mother who has been seing him for most of the last 20 years. He is the best private general physician that I have been to and knows when to send you to a specialist. His staff is friendly and helpful and has even assisted my wife in disputing insurance claims with the emergency room. An overall friendly and helpful staff and excellent doctor.

:) Click to report rating    3/5/09 4 3 5 My husband and I went to Dr Francis for several years before we moved out of state. We both thought he was great. He was quick to refer us if we needed to see a specialist, he managed our healthcare very well, and it was easy to get in if we were sick. We often remark that we wish we could have taken him with us when we moved.

:( Click to report rating    6/9/08 1 1 1 I went to him because he advertises himself as "sports medicine" I had heel spurs from running. He took xrays himself, charged me for them, diagnosed them and then told me I needed to go to a guy who deals with runners. He didnt' treat them. I went to him because he said he did sports medicine. He told me he didn't like to give shots that hurt and that's why he didn't do cortisone shots. Now I see he is doing botox injections and he's not a plastic surgeon. I had to pay for a new patient fee again and go to another doctor because he didn't have a clue about what he was doing. I don't care, but don't advertise yourself as a sports doctor when you're not.

:( Click to report rating    10/4/07 1 3 1 Very expensive for a 30 second visit with Doctor. Doctor seemed rushed and didn't take time to talk with me about my illness. Staff is unapologetic and not very friendly.
