Dr. Decker is excellent. He immediately put me at ease and explained all of the options available to me for a condition related to my wrist. I felt very comfortable in his presence and confident in his ability to make the correct diagnosis. I give him the highest recommendation, and would return to his office without hesitation.

I was very happy that i went to deckers office. The people there were very nice and deckers work was great. He talked me through the whole process and never left me doubting him. I would diffently recommend him to anyuone I know.

I started out with another hand specialist in my town regarding my problem. This doctor was very dismissive of me and took no time to even try to determine what the problem was. I had 2 visits with this doctor and all he said to me was "I wouldn't do surgery for that". So, someone at my office recommended Dr. Decker. I couldn't be more pleased with a doctor. Dr. Decker took the time to listen to me, he asked me questions, he allowed me to ask ask questions. He diagnosed my problem and I just had surgery a few weeks ago. I have already recommended Dr. Decker to a couple of people. Dr. Decker has it all, the bedside manner, the caring (he made me feel like I was his only patient!) and his skill as a doctor and surgeon. There is no one better to go to than Dr. Decker.

I have never been as comfortable going into surgery as I was with my recent wrist surgery with Dr. Decker. I would recommend Dr. Decker to my friends but it seems as if his reputation preceeds him. Dr. Decker's name is a known name in my area. The staff in the office are kind & professional. I had some scheduling problems which were taken care of quite promptly to my satisfaction. Dr. Decker's bedside manner and gentle touch are huge bonuses also.

Dr. Decker is an outstanding physician. He has operated on me as well as my 10 year old daughter. Both operations were a complete success. Dr. Decker & his staff went out of their way to accommodate my daughter and ease her fears of surgery. He is kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend him!

Dr Decker is an excellent physician and surgeon. His knowledge of his area of expertise was fascinating. He took care to fully explain to me what the process would be and I found that to be exactly how things transpired. His team is wonderful, courteous and attentive. My family has visited Dr Decker's office for multiple reasons and has always treated us as if we are his only patient.

Today, it is important to have confidence and respect for health care providers and Dr. Decker fits this profile perfectly. My first experience with Dr. Decker was very positive. I typically look for indicators that validate my confidence in a doctor that will perform surgery on me. Dr. Decker displayed a high degree of professionalism and medical knowledge about my condition and the surgery, which fully corrected my condition know as "trigger finger".
Dr. Decker seems to be an outstanding physician and only after non-surgical attempts failed to help my condition did he recommend surgery. Prior to the surgery, he visited me to ask how I was doing and to see if I had any final questions. He made all the right calls and I would highly recommend him to my relatives and friends.

This is my second surgery with Dr.Decker the first being about 12 years ago. My particular problem required careful analysis and evaluation which revaled the root cause of my pain. The surgery went well and my recovery thus far is ahead of pace. Dr.Decker and his staff were punctual and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for any sports related injuries.

Dr. Decker and staff were extremely pleasant and all had a good sense of humor. This is appreciated when under a Doctors care. Found a non-surgical solution for my foot pain an performed two Carpal Tunnel operations with excellent results. I would highly recommend Dr. Decker.

Frustrating for us to make appts on time and then have to sit in waiting room 15 min or more each time we visited. Then waited another 5-10 in treatment room. Appreciated the technology: very professional and accurate. Decker's rapport w/my 17 yr old son extremely good! Referral to occupational therapist very good too. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience.

Very pleased with Dr. Decker, his staff and office. Dr. Decker has performed two hand surgeries on me this year and the results are excellent. The procedures were performed at Hunterdon Medical Center Same Day Surgery Center where I rate the care excellent as well. Dr. Decker seems to possess excellent skills, took whatever time necessary to fully explain the procedure, and exhibited a high level of compassion. I trust his guidance and expertise, and would certainly recommend him to friends and family. Overall - A+.
