excellent repair on my sholder. Dr. McKay was very informative of what to exspect before operating.He went over sholder muscels and joint to be sure repair was complete. He was very informative with wife immediately after operating explained pictures of before and after and what to exspect and not to do while healing and rehabilation. I have recomened him to family and friends because of his excellent care.

I had severe bursitis in both my shoulders. A couple of years ago, I had another orthopedic surgeon in town fix it in one shoulder using an open technique, and was in pain and rehabing it for months afterward. This time whn my other shoulder went bad, I went to Dr. McKay, who fixed it using tiny holes in my shoulder and a scope. I felt better within days, and was back to working full time and feeling 100% within 2 weeks. Huge difference - wish I would have gone to him for the first time too!!

Treated my torn up shoulder a couple of weeks ago, had surgery, and I already feel better than before. Used tiny holes to fix it, leaving my shoulder muscle intact which helped me heal faster. Glad I was referred to him.

Tore up my knee playing basketball, and Dr. McKay did an excellent job fixing my ACL. Great staff, terrific bedside manner, and really intelligent. Trained in the new, state of the art scoping techniques. I had great results with my knee, would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful doctor and experience. Called me at home after surgery just to see how I was doing. Makes you feel as though he really cares about you and how your doing. Would put him on the top of my list as best docs. And made my knee feel better too!

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Great bedside manner, and wonderful surgeon. Even called my family daily to let them know how I was doing after surgery. You don't get that kind of servie with al ot of docs.

I was reffered to him by another orthopedic surgeon in town because he is an expert in shoulder and knee scoping, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I had torn a couple ligaments in my knee, and am feeling great. Because he used minimally invasive techniques and the scope, I recovered alot faster than I though I was going to.

I have had nagging knee pain for years that nobody seemed to be to do anything about, until I met Dr. McKay. He made my knee feel 100% pain-free, and now I can do activities/sports I haven't been able to do for years. I had to wait for a little while in the waiting room on my second visit, but not as bad as most doctors. Seems to be a busy guy, with his great patient care, I know why. Absolutely worth the wait.

Operated on my shoulder using the scope. Even my physical therapist was amazed about how quickly I recovered. My shoulder is now pain-free, all thanks to Dr. McKay. I recommend him now to everyone, I wouldn't see anyone else.

To my knowledge, only orthopedic surgeon in olympia area specializing in arthroscopic, minimally invasive shoulder treatment. Also specializes in SPorts medicine and arthroscopic knee treatment. Excellent results with my rotator cuff repair. Would highly recommend to anyone. One of the best physicians I have ever met.
