Dr. Salm is an excellany physician and his staff ids first rate. My entire family have been under his care for 25 years. Even in an emergency during flu season, the entire office bends over backwards to see that we get the best care available.

Dr. Salm and his staff are thorough, knowledgeable, caring and professional. During my recent annual physical, Dr. Salm took the time to clearly discuss health issues.

8/10/11 | 2 | 4 | 3 | 3 | I was disappointed at my first visit to overhear the nurse/physician assistant (not sure what she is) speaking loudly to receptionists about another patient's embarrassing symptoms. (on other side of glass) This staff member joked at the patient's expense, and used some strong curse words. Later, the same staff member was overheard gossiping about another employee after they walked away. I felt uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and most likely won't return. | Respond |

He has missed the mark with me. Ended up in hosp with pneumonia after seeing him. He "thought" he heard a little rattle in lungs. Didn't order x-ray. It became an emergency hosp visit. He is conservative about sending for testing.

This is one of the most well run medical practices that I have ever seen. I have managed a multi-physician office and am impressed with the quality of the staff, physician care, cleanliness and appointment promptness. It is a compassionate practive with a knowledgable staff. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. They take time for their patients and do not over schedule like other physicians I have been to. This is a top notch physician!

Dr. Salm is extremely caring as well as knowledgeable, timely and efficient. He and his staff help with everything they can and make you feel like family. I have cancer so am not a typical well care patient, but he and his staff always make the time to take care of anything they can for me.
