:) Click to report rating    4/1/08 1 4 4 4  Office staff is not helpful or considerate. At times they are rude and inconsiderate.I have to go out of the way to meet their needs instead of the other way around. I have to take information to their office 30 miles to schedule a test. I cannot fax or mail a copy. This is incovenient . They schedule follow up appointment by sending a post card a few weeks before. For those that are working this is difficult to plan for. It is because of the staff I have considered changing MD's.

:) Click to report rating    1/17/06 3 4 5  I would recommend to family and friends as I was treated well. Some problems with scheduling as appointments were moved or cancelled, but I was notified by mail a couple of the times.
