I was seen by him for a 2nd opinion for surgery and he didn't even exam me AT ALL. But yet, he wrote in the report that he checked reflexes, leg raises, ability to walk w/out limp, etc. But he DID NOT DO ANY OF THESE TESTS...but yet he still wrote them as being A-OKAY & he saw me for only 5 MIN!!:
