:( Click to report rating    2/26/10 1 1 1 3  THE OFFICE STAFF CALLED TO CANCEL AN APPT MADE 3 MONTHS AGO TO RESCHEDULE 6 WEEKS LATER... RATHER TAKE MY SELF TO SEE A DIFFERENT DOC. VERY RUDE AND NASTY ESPECIALLY SINCE MY SON SEES HIS PARTNER. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

:| Click to report rating    5/31/09 2 1 1 4  After my retina specialist retired in 2009 I decided to seek a medical opinion from Dr. Yagoda. He came highly recommended and I decided to "give it a shot". Dr. yagoda know his field very well, but always sees the negative side of each situation. He could not comprehend why my eyesight is not 20/20. He performed tests (Ginioscopy) without any indication, thus causing me discomfort and pain during the exam. I continued to have the pain 10 days after the visit, but could not risk seeing him again. Many other tests (Fundus Photos) were performed to increase his final payment. His secretary seemed confused and call me, pretending to be working for another eye doctor (why?). This constitutes consumer deception! The total cost of the visit, the pain after and the time wasted (3 hours) were not worth it. I am seeing another retina specialist now, who accepts my medical insurance and does not cause me as much aggravation.

:) Click to report rating    9/12/07 4 3 5 5  He is wonderful. Thorough and knowledgeable. He also referred me to a great ENT. I am very serious about all aspects of my health and felt I was in excellent hands with Dr. Yagoda.
