Dr. Michele Nacouzi has always been ready to disrupt her schedule to see me in case of urgent problem. Always been competent, caring and professional. It is clear her motivation is helping people, not making money.

Dr. Michele was recommended to me by a nurse. I've found that NURSES do know best!! Dr. Michele is awesome. She cares. She takes the time to talk, and she is VERY thorough. I have only praise for her and her skills. Her staff, too, is caring. I would highly recommend her to others, and I have, in fact, done this. Ann in Raleigh

The doctor is very nice and caring. It is difficult to get in contact with her and the nurses by phone due to the urgent care. It is also harder than ever to get an appointment.

My experiences with Dr. Michele have always been excellent, and I have been a patient of hers for over 15 years. She takes the time to listen and probe whatever complaints I have, and shows the utmost concern for me as a patient.

Dr. Nacouzi is a very knowledgeable and caring. She will take the time to hear about your problem and then make sure you understand what you need to do get get better. My family has been seeing Dr. Michele for about 12 years. I hope we never lose her as our family physican.

W I went to Dr. Necouzi because I was referred - Dr. Michele Necouzi is too paraniod to treat properly and appropriately. I have a recording of her screaming and threaten me about a prescription that I needed to get filled. I offered to come in and pay an office visit - she was so out of it- she kept tell me I needed to call my "primary" care doctor for refills. ???? HELLO- My first visit was a NEW PATIENT visit. Which was billed to insurance as EMERGENCY- cough cough. When I could not get her to tell me what the problem was- she accused me of being a drug addict - Called my pharm- told them this- Called my OBGYN- tried to tell them that I was a drug addict and drug seeker- to which they didn't believe because it was not true and they have seen for over 7 years. She said I would never fill a prescription for anything but Advil ever again. WATCH YOUR INSURANCE CHARGES!! Was reported to medical board. ANd insurance commission. I don't have links. Just watch yourself.
