Lasik MD in my opinion is the best in the City...Dr. Jackman and his staff put me at ease right from the start and continue to do so at each visit. My surgery had a few complications but Dr. Jackman made me feel comfortable and assured everything would be fine and most importantly he and his staff took the TIME to answer any questions and make you feel at home in their office. Excellent doctor and I'd highly recommend him. Regardless of my complications it was worth it.

Dr. Jackman was the surgeon who performed my custom LASIK surgery at Lasik MD in St. John’s, NL. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He asked me if I had any questions and made sure I was fully prepared before beginning the procedure and then continued to talk me through the whole thing. I didn’t have any reason to be nervous because he reassured me constantly throughout the surgery that everything was going perfectly. He made it a very easy and comfortable procedure. I am thrilled with the results and am VERY happy to be free of glasses and contacts. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackman to anyone considering the procedure.

Dr. Jackman made me feel at ease, very polite,easy-natured. He made me feel at home and I had no worries after meeting and talking to him. I would definitely recommend going to him for lasik eye surgery.

Recently performed Lasik Zyoptix - Dr. Jackman put me at ease from the moment I walked into the surgery room, he talked thoughout the procedure so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. Only one comment about clinic - would have been nice to have a separate waiting area for the surgery patients when having the drops put in before the actual surgery procedure rather than having to sit outside with all the other patients. The staff at the clinc were very professional as well. Would recommend the Lasik MD centre and specifically Dr. Jackman to anyone thinking of the lasik surgery. Well Done Dr. Jackman.

A great guy and a great doctor! I felt very confident in his hands. He lasered my eyes and fixed my vision. That's just awesome!

A great guy, a real pro and still very friendly and down to earth. He fixe my eyes after years of terrible vision (even with contacts). If you're thing of laser eye surgery, he's your man!
