Offered free skin scan. Found 4 actinic keratoses. The NEXT DAY he treated and charged for 8 keratoses. Either his free scan did not find all, or he charged for unneeded treatment.
Dr. Ugel is SOOOOO old. He can't even see! How is he going to examine my skin??? His answers to my questions were sarcastic and abrupt. His bed side manner is terrible and his surgical skills are frightening. He is very forgetful and I fear for anyone who allows him to operate on them.
