Intubated patient who became comatose under his care. His bedside manner was shockingly atrocious- cold and not caring, rude and detached to the family as patient lied in a coma following Kolpan's care and died, which is still haunting.

Dr. Kolpan has been my GP for several years and I could not be happier or in more capable hands.

Not the best doctor I been to but not the worst either. I always feel rushed. Last visit I waited 15 past my appointment time just for him to see me for literaly 1 minute.

Dr Kolpan is a wonderful and caring Doctor. My wife and I have been seeing him for the last 7 years. I chose him because he is appx the same age as myself. And I wanted a Doctor that I could grow old with. I would recommend him to anyone. And trust him completely.

this doctor was at Kaiser Permenente in Marlo Heights Maryland. He has been my care provider for 4 years and have done an outstanding job with managing my diabetes. I sure miss him. I still can't find another doctor that cared so much as he did.
