He has also degraded me, Everytime i go he ask me if I smoked in front of my kids today? And I get offended like yes I smoke be he is accusatory when he questions me. and it seems like hes more concerned with the smoking then the acual reason my son is there.He once told me if my sons fever is more than a hundred degrees not to bring him in until its been more than a week. I feel he is very judgemental and disrespectful. He once told me smoke outside naked or don't smoke at all! I agree but who is he to Accuse me of smoking in front of them. I know its not healthy and would never do that!!!!!!

Dr. Augustin has been amazing with our son. Our boy was in the hospital for 1 week when he was less than 1 year old, and Dr. Augustin was extremely kind, comforting, and knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone.
I have had issues with him. At first he was very nice but it seemed he got ruder and ruder. At one point the staff somehow lost my daughters entire shot records and she had to start all over at the age of 5. I would always ask him when I should make my next appointment and he would say as needed. I never knew when my kids needed shots or anything. I called once at about 10 pm because my son had a fever of 105 and he was rude and acted like I was bothering him. My son broke his wrist a couple of months back and when we came in for a follow up appointment Dr. Augustin was very rude. My kids love him but it has gotten so bad that their dad refuses to take them there so I have switched doctors.

The only reason I went to Dr Agustin Jr is because his father delivered me when my mother was pg. It only took one visit from him for me to change doctors immediately!! He was rude to me, he talked down to me, he had NO bedside manner, his staff was rude to me and my child!! My daughter was running a high fever 103.3 so I took her in to see him. I told him a was concerned because I thought with a high fever it could cause brain damage in children. He told me that it was ridiculous, and to just rotate fever reducers, and give a cool bath. Her fever didn't go down all night, so I took her into the Via Christi Hospital. The doctor there told me that a temperature of 104.5 could cause brain damage!! I will NEVER go back to Dr. Conrado Agustin Jr. ever again!! He could have cost my daughter her life!!! NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR

STARTED OFF AS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR.HELPFUL AND CONCERNED. GUESS HE WAS FRESH FROM MED SCHOOL.AFTER FOUR YEARS HE HAS BECOME CONDESCENDING AND DEMEANING.2 WEEK OLD CHILD HAD CONSTANT GREEN REALLY BAD SMELLING DIARRHEA AND WE GOT CONCERNED BUT HE SAID WE WERE OBSESSED WITH POOP!TOLD US BABY ECZEMA WAS BOTHERING US MORE THAN IT WAS BOTHERING THE BABY AND ONLY PRESCRIBED CORTISONE CREAM AFTER WE INSISTED ON IT.WE LOST ALL FAITH IN HIM AND HAD TO MOVE ELSEWHERE WHERE OUR CONCERNS ARE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.WE RUN TO OUR DOCTORS FOR HELP AND NOT TO BE DEGRADED AND DEMEANED.
