True I have to wait most of the time, but when it is my turn, I have his complete attention. I do not feel rushed and if I failed to do something he had asked of me. He says, "Dont beat yourself up, just try again" Because of this, I really try harder next time to have all my blood work in, all my xrays, etc. Staff is very nice and very helpful. As for the rating above on Punctuality - Well - I was on time! Bring a book or puzzle, entertain yourself.

Dr. Lauron is great. He runs late most every time so schedule early. At the same time, even though he's running around, when he is with you .... he is with you. You have his attention and he isn't thinking about how to shove you out the door. He must have replaced his staff because they are friendly and kind. i have some fairly serious issues and he takes time to hear what I am saying and never tries to interrupt or push me along. I recommend Dr. Lauron and am grateful to have him on my team.

Our family has used Dr. Lauron for a variety of illnesses and he is now our primary family physician. The one and only complaint we have about Dr. Lauron is his HORRIBLE office staff. They are rude, disorganized and totally unprofessional. If Dr. Lauron was not such a wonderful physician we would defenitely go elsewhere. He is warm, caring, and really identifies with his patients and their needs. I would recommend him to anyone I know but would warn them about the office staff they will have to deal with first.
