:| Click to report rating    7/9/09 2 1 2 I will not go back to this office although Dr. Tackitt was a nice man. I was forced to change insurances since I am a state employee so I had to find a new gynocolgist. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes just to get a pap. My time is valuable too. This place my be o.k. if you are pregnant, but I'm not and I resented the wait time. This never happened with Kaiser.

:) Click to report rating    10/25/08 5 4 5 Dr. Tackitt is a FANTASTIC doctor!! I am 35 yrs old, and my husband and I wanted to have another child ( we have a 16 yr old). I got pregnant in December and searched for a good ob/gyn.From the first meeting my husband and I had with Dr. Tackitt, we new we liked him and would be returning! He is very personable, has a great sense of humor(always good to have in this profession!) and genuinely made us feel like he cared!! I will definitely recommend him to any friends who need an ob/gyn and will return for any future babies we may want :) !!!!

:) Click to report rating    5/30/08 5 1 5 Dr. Tackitt has a wonderful personality, but the wait time is ridiculous! I spent over an hour in a paper gown waiting to be seen. When you are not pregnant you have to wait forever. He is very sweet though!!!

:) Click to report rating    3/21/08 5 5 5 I love Dr.Tackitt and Julie. They TOTALLY make me feel like I am the ONLY patient they have when I am there. Dr.Tackitt uses terminology on a normal level (not all medical terms). His personality is the reason I drive 60+ miles one way to see him. He has an "I won't give up on you attitude" as I approach my 5th surgery for stress incontinence (2nd with him). He's been honest that he hasn't actually performed this TRT-Remeex System. But, has vowed to find a Dr who can do it if he decides he's not qualified enough. I have told all my friends about Dr.Tackitt and always explain how he makes it worth the drive. My sincerest hope is Dr.Tackitt finds it in his heart to go easy on my surgical fees since I am basically going to be his guinea pig! He's been so good about providing samples which REALLY helps my budget and I like that he is considerate of that and all I've been through. Once again, I love Dr.Tackitt and am so glad my other Dr referred me to him!

:( Click to report rating    2/28/08 2 2 2 OB/GYN Associates is a factory! They are so concerned with getting as much women in as possible. There is always a long wait. I have waited for an hour before when I had an appointment Sometimes there are nice staff people and sometimes there are mean. The doctors are horribly condescending bedsides Dr. Espy The midwives are terrible besides Michelle. Every time I asked questions, they treated me like a young naive girl and had a very paternalistic tone with me always. They misled me about what they were going to do during labor and continued their routine episiotomies anyway (was not necessary). They have a high C-Section rate and will not come clean about it. They are bought off by pharmaceutical reps. Every time I went, there were reps unloading free samples. They all have their stethoscopes and pins advertising formula companies. They are very pushy about signing people up for free formula bags and samples, and advertising it where every women goes to get vital stats.

:) Click to report rating    2/22/08 5 4 5 Ob/Gyn Associates is the best Dr. office I have ever been to. Everyone is helpful caring and interested in your wellbeing. All the Dr.s and Midwives bring a good sense of humor to a sometimes stressful experience. My son was delivered by Michelle the midwife and she was wonderful. Dr. Tackitt is such a caring person. I love them Love them Love them!!!
