Doctor Pousti is the most skilled, knowledgeable and talented doctor in his field. He has the best patient care bar-none. His office staff is just as attentive, organized, friendly and unbelievably kind. There is no other practice that will exceed in every area like Doctor Pousti's. You can entrust him to do beyond your expectations. My breast augmentation is a masterpiece and I will entrust him to do my tummy tuck this fall. Doctor Pousti's attention to detail from surgery to patient follow up are extremely amazing. If you have not found a trusted doctor, you do not have to look any further, Doctor Pousti is who you are looking for to perform exactly what you need. Trust his judgment, skill and expertise, you will not find it anywhere else.

Dr.Pousti He's the greatest! During my consultation with him I
already knew he was the one. Him and his staff took the time to answer all
my questions and concerns to top it off I met about 3 patients of his who is
also happy with the results. He made me feel very confident and assured me
before surgery that everything well be ok. IT was more than ok it was GREAT!
I thought I'd be in pain for a good 2 weeks or so but actually I was in pain
for about 5 days . After that week of recovery I could take care of my
children without any help. He's truly amazing! His work,
his staff, his personality, his knowledge is everything you could look for
in a surgeon. The warranty for the implants is awesome and they offer a
discount to military families too and that's a PLUS FOR ME. I can't even
explain on how thankful I am for having him as my surgeon he's the best!

I went to Dr. Pousti for a Brest augmentation and I got silicone implants. I went from a size 34A to 34D and I couldnt be happier with my results. The staff/Dr is amazing and very helpful, they also made me feel very comfortable. I had no complications and recovery wasnt bad at all, considering I have a very low pain tolerance. Dr. pousti is an amazing dr and I recommend him to everyone. I love him and what he has done for me... He is the best!!

From the very second I met Dr. Pousti & his staff, I knew without a doubt that he was the one to perform my tummy tuck and breast lift surgery. I went to Dr.Pousti and had a great experience. I had breast augmentation surgery and had zero complications with awesome results!The staff was very helpful and made me feel like family. Dr. Pousti helped me write the final chapter in my weight loss story. In January 2007 I had gastric bypass surgery and lost 112 pounds. This new body had attributes that I was not necessarily in love with, but Dr. Pousti corrected those quite adeptly. Prior to meeting with Dr. Pousti and his staff I went to several consultations with other surgeons—I booked my surgery within a few days of the consult and have had no regrets. He and his staff are wonderful, caring and reassuring. Every call with a frantic question or concern is answered calmly and knowledgably. I have recommended Dr. Pousti to anyone who asks me about my plastic surgery experiences.

I felt very comfortable w Dr. Pousti and his staff. I had breast augmentation almost 4 yrs. ago. I was confident that he decide size and shape. I recieve many compliments and am told it looks so natural. I have given Dr. Pousti's name to many and have his office number on my phone! My daughter also had a breast augmentation. With 34J breasts, I experienced chronic headaches, back pain, and neck tension. Bras were painful. I visited Dr. Pousti for a breast reduction and felt taken care of at once. He was honest about expectations and advice. I was impressed that he is double board certified. I was very nervous, but he and his staff eased the process and surgery. Staff called every day for the first two weeks after. Only a few months later, I can exercise and wear any clothing I choose. It is extremely liberating! The recovery takes patience, but words cannot convey what this has done for my life. I have reclaimed my health. Dr. Pousti changed my life and is a talented man, not only skilled at his practice, but kind at his core. It is rare to have a mix of skill and honest concern for the lives of patients. For Dr. Pousti, it is not merely an hour or two of surgery, but a life-long relationship which begins the first time you meet. I would make this decision again and I fully recommend Dr. Pousti.

Finding the best, most professional, genuinely caring surgeon was the difficult part. It was not an easy or rapid decision by any means, but the reward of having found Dr. Pousti compensates for the search one million times. My candid first impression of Dr. Pousti and his staff was that they were all concerned with what I wanted in the most friendly and authentic manner. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or self-conscious when in the presence of him or any of the wonderful girls.The approach that Dr. Pousti has while consulting with you though, was one I had never experienced. He sits in his chair and gives you his undivided attention and shows sincere interest in the outcome you desire. My level of satisfaction with the results of the beautiful work that Dr. Pousti executed couldn’t be any higher. So it is with the most sincere appreciation that I thank Dr. Pousti for making my days commence and conclude with an immense smile on my face.

I found Dr. Pousti through his website. His credentials on his website were perfect, but, as a fellow business owner, I have very high expectations for customer service. When I went in for my consultation, I was impressed all around. His caring and personal touch made me very sure of the decision I was making. If it had not been for Dr. Pousti’s honest and reassuring approach, I would not have gone through with the actual surgery. I had never had surgery before and was very nervous about the anesthesia. He really does hold your hand and reassure you during the most critical hour, the hour before surgery.
As for results, along with Dr. Pousti’s reassuring demeanor, his work is amazing. He is a perfectionist and wonderful at setting realistic expectations.
Thank you Dr. Pousti. I am eternally grateful for the work you do and for the care you provide to your patients. You make a difference in your field and are truly an expert at what you do!

I have seen Dr. Pousti's work first hand and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a very skilled surgeon who is truly at the top of his profession. His manner is courteous and knowledgeable and he truly cares about his patients - and he really listens. Several friends have also used his services and have been extremely pleased with their results. It speaks volumes about his skill, professionalism and talent that so many people fly in from around the country specifically to see him - he is THAT good. And he's a heck of a nice guy, too. I had a procedure done with Dr. Pousti and I feel that he never really listened to my wishes. It appeared to me that because he has been a plastic surgeon for so long he just does what he pleases without careful consideration to his patients' desires. Two other patients of his shared the same concerns with me. His stitching is not as good as he claims; I have a huge scar that looks like a gash from a stabbing and it's been many months since my procedure.

So i finally got my breast augmentation on the 30th of November and I am already in love =] i'm no longer insecure of my little boobies and can finally throw away my padded inserts (which my friends called my chicken patties) lol. Dr. poustis staff was so nice and helpful and Dr. Pousti himself made me feel so comfortable, even in the OR! It was quick and painless and I can not wait to see my end result and throw away the granny bra =]. I will have pics up on make me heal soon. Thank you for everyone who has rated Dr. Pousti i'm very happy with my decision =]

Dr. Pousti and his staff are amazing. I had a very unusual problem which started when I had an implant literally start falling out of the bottem of my breast. I was left with a very large dent on the underside of my left breast which made me feel very self conscious. Several surgeries with three other surgeons in my area failed to provide me with any results. My husband and I searched the internet and found Dr. Pousti and I am so happy that we did. We had to travel from Canada to San Diego three times but the trips were definately worth it. He has made my breast look wonderful and both he and his staff are second to none. In short, Dr. Pousti was able to do a difficult surgery with superior results. He is sincere in his concern for what is best for his patients. He was very honest with what he thought he could achieve but he definately met and exceeded our expectations! Thank you Dr. Pousti!

Dr. Pousti and his staff are amazing. I chose him after having a few friends tell me how amazing he was. I knew from the first meeting that he was the man for the job. I had been wanting a tummy tuck for 6 years. I am a petite person and both of my kids were close to 10 lbs. I had 2 c-sections to deliver them and I was left with some extra skin that I could not get rid of. I met with Dr. Pousti and his staff and knew immediately that they would do a great job. The day of surgery the staff at the hospital was wonderful and very friendly. Recovery was much tougher than I expected but it was totally worth every bit of discomfort. I am 2 months pos-op from tummy tuck and mastopexy with implants. I am loving my new body. Dr. Pousti and his staff are amazing people. They are so friendly, happy and helpful whenever I see them. I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Pousti and his staff are the best!!

I have lived with symmastia for 9 yrs. and lots of discomfort and pain through out the years. when i meet with Dr. pousti he reasured me that he could fix that problem.right after my surgery i couldn't beleave the difference it looked great.Dr. pouti and his staff are just so wounderful they are very kind and very friendly theyr make you feel very comfortable.I highly recommened Dr. Pousti to anyone planning to do any kind of cosmetic surgries he is great as what he does. I have NO REGRETS on my chose of docter. Dr. pousti went all out on my surgery.My breast surgery results is 100 times better than i expected to look like. Dr. Pousti and His staff are great I will always and will continue to recommend Dr. Pousti to all my friends.

I am so grateful to Dr. Pousti for making me extremely happy with my new body! I'm 48 years old and just started working out at a gym about 3 years ago. Even though I was proud of myself for getting in really good shape, I was still unhappy with my small breasts and started seriously thinking about surgery. After being referred to Dr. Pousti by 3 friends who didn't know each other, it was an easy decision for me to make. My biggest fear was being too big and looking fake. After discussions with Dr. Pousti and his staff, I'm SO GLAD I decided to go a little bigger, and am thrilled with my results! In clothes, I look completely proportionate and natural. Without clothes I'm still amazed that they belong to me. Dr. Pousti and his staff was also very thorough in describing what to expect during the recovery process. I was in very little pain, and back at the gym within 6 weeks. It's been 5 months now, and I still wake up every day feeling confident and loving myself!

I had two surgeries done by him and they both turned out very bad. He didn't offer to fix me for free until he messed up the second time. I asked for some of my money back and he refused. I had to go to another Dr to have my breasts fixed because he made me bottom out.

I am on my 6th surgery to correct botched breast surgery from this Dr. I went in at 7AM for implants and left after 9PM. He sent me home in scrubs and I was not awake. When I went in the next day, his nurse was there, not the Dr. I had a 1 inches open gap on one breast. My breast were flat. He had taken out my mammory crease. I was cut from one back shoulder blade, around the front of my chest, to the other back shoulder blade. I believe I had to be revived simply because of the length of time I was under and the way I was released. This was not done at the Hospital. I feel I should have been sent to the Hospital. I only wanted implants. No lipo was done or anything else. Whenever I would go in and complain, he would tell me I was still swollen. I stopped going to him and tried to sue him but just was too depressed to go through that. He ruined my life. This Dr. should be stopped.

Dr Pousti is THE BEST!! I had a TT, BL, BA and a tattoo removed and I look better than I did when I was 20 (I will be 40 this friday). I have NEVER, Not once regreted going with Dr Pousti. He really really cares about you, It not an act like another Doctors. I just wish I would have met him sooner! If your thinking of having something done, Dr Pousti is your Doctor!! Trust him you will be VERY HAPPY!!
