Dr. Cabrera doesn't take health insurance but has a set fee for his patients. Most of his patients are of spanish speaking countries but he does speak English. He is an older man with years of experience. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't still be standing here today. His secretary however, isn't the kindest person in the world and unless you make your visit seem urgent she will put off having you see the doctor. Also, appointments don't really mean anything...he works on a first come first serve...so you can expect to wait hours!
