this is a busy office and he doesn't seem to have staff, but that might be great because he knows everyone personally and does all his own business. the doctor is very direct, which might strike some people as unusual. but he is very honest, which i think should be the priority. he was very encouraging and personal with me, and that's something gastro specialists have to be. he is knowledgeable and thorough and willing to make appointments so that patients don't have to wait long for additional procedures.

A terrific doctor. Have been hospitalized several times over the past 10 years, and each time, Dr. Cacciarelli has been a great help and has provided excellent care. A life saver! Also, he is extremely energetic & has a great sense of humor. He's always available by phone .... he's one of the best in this field.

Dr. Cacciarelli was extremely helpful to me when I was hospitalized following an emergency. Not only did I have confidence in his skills, I am very grateful to him for his empathy during a very trying and difficult experience. He really listened -- and not only that, he took action.

THERE IS NOTHING ARROGANT ABOUT THIS MAN. I WOULD IGNORE SUCH COMMENTS.IF A DOCTOR GIVES ADVICE AND A PATIENT REFUSES TO ACCEPT IT, DOES THAT MAKE THE DOCTOR ARROGANT?

I thought Dr. Cacciarelli was pretty good!He explained everything to me and encouraged me when I was pretty nervous about having a procedure. Also has a good sense of humor.

Incredibly arrogant man. Refused to answer questions and tried to bully me into unnecessary procedures. Avoid this man!!!
