I started seeing Dr. Jacob as a student and liked her then but after she changed offices twice without advising her patients and more recently after passing my case off to her colleague without advising me I started to question her professionalism. I am happy other people like her but I think I will change physicians.

NEVER have been on time, everyone I know that saw her said the same thing. When you actually get in the office, she is not prepared (even if she already has the notes of why you're there), does not listen to the exact reasons of your presence. She is nice and polite but lost and unorganized.

Everytime I see her, she as NEVER been on time. I've waited on an hour after my scheduled appointment.

She's a young female Dr. Very understanding, caring, down to earth, with a good sense of humor.

Elle prend vraiment le temps de nous écouter et ne nous fait pas sentir qu'elle est pressée, même si elle est en retard dans ses rendez-vous. Elle est en même temps très sympathique. Bravo

My wife and I have been seeing Dr.Jacob for many years now and always have been amazed by her concern and compassion; she's a good listener and worth the wait. As other patients are saying, she is wonderful and never rushes you when consulting. We have followed her from Roper Clinic to now Physimed - which unfortunately is quite busy and service is not the greatest.

I would recomend Dr Jacob anyday. She is wonderful, never rushes you and above all, listens to her patients. Even if she is late you do not mind because of her ability to treat you like the person you are. The individuals working in the reception however, are rude and unbelievably unhelpful weither you call in for an appointment or are there in person.

Je n'aime pas la clinique Physimed car je trouve les réceptionistes très snob. Par contre, Dr. Jacob est une vraie soie, elle est à l'écoute et prend le temps qu'il faut avec ses patients. Elle est de plus en plus ponctuelle ce qui est mieux qu'autrefois. En plus, elle ne prescrit pas de médicaments pour rien et expose clairement tous les traitements possibles. Je la recommende vivement.

I have been seeing this Dr. as my family practitioner for the last 7 years. She is always ready to listen and always makes time for her patients. I personally do not like the new clinic where she is. The assistants booking appointments are not helpful and are very rude. I find this clinic not helpful or patient orientated, but will continue to follow her wherever she goes. Hopefully she will move to another clinic soon. As for the waiting time I do not mind waiting for her becuase when you do get to see her she is worth the wait and even if she is behind in her schedule she does not rush you through. She is a great family doctor.

Demonstrates concern and compassion towards her patients. She listens well and is very helpful. In the past her waiting times were unacceptable yet since she has relocated to Group Physimed this has somewhat improved. Excellent General practitioner.
