29/01/14 5 5 5 5 This is what I call a doctor dedicated to the patient and her profession. Sandra at the front is a kind and a professional person. Although my Family Physician did not recognize the urgency of my condition, this practice saved me from losing my hearing, acting unbelievably fast. I cannot express how great I felt when the treatment gave back my hearing. Thanks

02/05/13 4 4 4 4 Just got back from our second appointment at Dr. Cameron's office. Couldn't disagree more with some of the other comments. All staff, including Dr. Cameron were very polite & professional. I must admit that when she was talking, she spoke quickly as if to get all the information in but still ask if I had any questions. My child was taken very well care, and never once did I feel that any of the staff were speaking down to myself or my daughter.

23/04/13 3 3 1 1 Terribly RUDE! Walked in and asked us why we were there - family doctor referred us because she felt my 8 year old needed his tonsils and adenoids removed. Dr.Cameron shrugged her shoulders and said "She thinks he 'needs' them out, does she? Well, there are only two ways to tell if he does - one, I stick a scope up his nose and you (pointing to me) and I will never be friends, or two, he gets an xray". Unbelievable. I then proceeded to point to his xray - we brough the xray with us and the nurse had already placed it on the board. She glanced at it quickly and then said quickly that yes, in fact, he should have them removed. I wouldn't let her touch my son with a ten foot pole!!!  See Responses

06/02/13 3 4 2 2 Like most reviews, she comes across as rude or snotty. Seemed very annoyed that I was asking questions about the condition of my child. Overall, I believe she knows what she's talking about, but then it was pretty straightforward ear/tubes. I don't like her staffs attitude, nor the fact they're too busy to provide a reminder call.  Respond

04/09/12 4 4 2 2 I went to her for approximately 2 years. Her moods were hit and miss. Sometimes she was friendly and helpful - especially in the beginning, when she thought she knew what was wrong (even though her theory didn't really fit my symptoms. Most days, though, she was rude, cold, and seemed annoyed that I was still having an issue that she couldn't figure out. One time she said "It's not that I don't believe you, it's just that what you're telling me you're experiencing is impossible". She never used the spray before putting a scope in my nose, and was very rough. One time, to prove a point, she prodded my Eustachian tube with the scope, repeatedly, saying "I'm literally poking it - can you feel it - there's nothing there!" You'd think the tears streaming down my face from the pain would have indicated I could, in fact, feel it. I have since switched to another ENT, and he immediately sent me for tests, and determined more in 2 visits than Dr. Cameron did in 2 years.  See Responses

28/05/12 3 3 1 2 She lacks confidence, doesn't listen to you, talks to you as if you are a little kids just because she knows some medical jargons. You don't want her to get into your nose and pull your eyes out by mistake. Avoid at all cost.  Respond

03/05/12 3 1 1 2 Unprofessional, utter lack of care for patient, will not listen to explanations. Horrible experience. Went in with my mother(62) who has dizzy spells. After an hour wait, we saw Dr. Cameron. She does not want to listen to what you say, only interrupts & repeats the same questions over. Then she did some tests. Without proper explanation, she took my mother's head in her hands and violently turned it back and forth 27 times to induce an "eye shudder". My mother who has osteoporosis nearly collapsed & almost fell out of the chair. She couldn't open her eyes, so the test was for nothing. I have never been so shocked, worried, & angry in my life. Then Cameron harshly lowered her flat for another test without supporting the patient. I had to step in to lift my mother up properly. More tests were booked, but NO HELP whatsoever was suggested as to what we're dealing with or what to do. In the end, at best it was a wasted trip, at worst my mother may have been injured. AVOID THIS "DOCTOR".  Respond

08/01/12 3 3 1 2 Horrible experience. The first time I went she did not tell me what was wrong with me, just listed a bunch of symptoms and asked if I had them. When I said yes, she basically gave me a bunch of meds and told me to come back in 3 monthes. She was rude, seemed irritated that I was asking questions, and didn't have any patience or bedside manor. Again, horrible experience.  Respond

02/01/12 1 2 1 2 to all the people below who had to pay. Please please let the College of Phys. & Surg. know. No one has the right to charge, when you have left a message. I met these people one time only long ago. I did not know this girl with the "thing" on her head was the dr. she just ordered me in! Her receptionist was rude/& bossy too...assuming (wrongly) she had the right to call your pharmasist, without your consent,...I am twice as old as both...very very rude...whatever happened to honouring the hypocratic oath. there really are not any good ent's in town that I know of. I have discovered this site is wonderful...because it is correct...we are hurt by these people, when they should care for the ill & suffering.  Respond

28/02/11 2 3 1 1 Dr. Cameron's office changed my appointment date twice without an explanation, adding an extra month to my wait time. I had to wait a long time for my first visit and then it only lasted a very rushed 20 minutes. She didn't seem to care at all, was abrupt and rushing the entire time and seemed annoyed by my questions. She didn't seem to want to help at all and appeared not to be very knowledgeable. The receptionist was ok, not overly friendly, just business-like. Asking people to remove their shoes with such a dirty carpet though is not cool. No thank you. I will continue my search for a better ENT who might be able to help me. I've had ongoing severe pain in my ear/jaw/sinus for about four years now. Dr. Cameron did not help me with my problems at all. It was a waste of my time to wait for an appointment to see her. I would not recommend her.  Respond

08/02/11 3 4 1 3 I was told that it's a nerve damage and unfortunately nothing can be done to regain my sense of smell after a sinus infection. The Dr. seemed apathetic, not particularly concerned for the overall well being and feelings of the patient. I called to cancel an appt 10 days before the appt., of course you can only leave a message. I did not receive any follow-up phone call. 3 weeks later, I received an invoice of $25 for a missed appt. I need to pay it before reschedulling. Unluckily, I do not plan to go back.  Respond

05/08/10 3 4 4 4 I was also charged for a missed appointment - my first, actually. They book so far ahead that it is easy to lose track. Overall, I have been seeing her for four years now - she is very knowledgeable and answers my questions. I agree that can seems to be full of herself, but it may be a misunderstood confidence/assertiveness. The receptionist can come off as quite rude but it could be because she has been given rules to follow. It's a business afterall - but it's a people business. 'Nuff said.  Respond

25/02/10 4 4 4 4 Secretary wonderful! Dr. Cameron very knowledgeable, allows you time to ask questions. Service was top notch. Waiting times for appointments couldn't have been better. You have to work in the medical field to understand all the variables a medical office has to deal with on a regular basis.  Respond

13/11/09 5 3 5 5 I found Dr. Cameron very caring & concerned about my condition. I have been seeing her for aproximately 5 years. She was as helpful as she could be. Her secretary has always been wonderful. There is always a wait, very seldom is the Dr. on time but I think this is due to the fact that she is a specialist & so incredibley busy. However I never felt rushed when it was my turn. The Dr. has appologized to me several times for being late.  Respond

13/05/09 5 4 5 5 I found her to be a very helpful and caring physician. As with all specialists she is very busy and this may affect wait times but is only to be expected. I had the distinct feeling that this is a doctor who truly cares about her patients  Respond

08/04/09 5 4 5 5 I had a great experience at this office. The secretary was very friendly and accomodating. Dr.Cameron was very thorough and gave us options but no pressure. It took a while to get in but every specialist in town does. I would highly recommend this office if you have a choice  Respond

20/03/09 2 2 2 2 The receptionist was very rude each time we were in there. Was billed for a missed appointment, she was very rude to me saying that I would not be able to return there until it was paid. I do not recall making this appointment, due to my employment status at the time!! She would not accept this.  Respond
