Dr. DeGraaff is a very carrying doctor. I have been seeing her for 19 years. She always has a smile and a positive attitude whenever we speak. She cares about her patients.

Doreen DeGraff is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. She is a truly caring professional who takes time with each patient. I never feel as though I'm just another "chart" hanging on the door when I visit her.

I LOVE Dr. DeGraaff...she's an amazing doctor and really takes her time with you and makes you feel at ease at all times. I also saw the other doctors during my pregnancy and highly recommend them too, but Dr. DeGraaff is my favorite.

Dr. Degraaff is knowledgable, kind, and makes you feel at ease. The same with Keiser and Fain but I feel most confident with her. The wait is at least 1/2 hour(2 1/2 hours for Fain at my 8wk preg. visit in Verona). I stopped going here mainly because the office staff is rude and it can ruin an otherwise positive visit. I switched doctors now but I think I will go back here because you just can't put a time limit on a great doctor when it comes to the health of your child.

Dr. De Graaf is the only Dr. I have that exams you and then has you come into her office to discuss her findings and then lets you ask as many questions as you have. She takes time, is understanding and empathetic. She is caring and knowledgeable. She returns calls and responds quickly to your needs. I wish all my doctors were just like her.

Dr. Degraaff is a great doctor and a person. She has every attribute of what a doctor is. I have been with her for years. I delivered my son in 2005 and was having a difficult time thinking it was the "Baby Blues". I finally reached out to her office & left a message for her (she wasn't in office). I received a call back from her a short time later. She took her time on the phone with me and confirmed what I thought it was PPD. Being a RN I wasn't able to admit it was happening to me. She was my friend first listening and told me as my doctor what I needed to do. She started me on med and what a new person I was. I was able to enjoy my baby, three months on meds and weaned off.She is my angel. I reached out to the support groups and got so where, I was very upset. This all occurred in 2005, I'd like to think the support is now there when needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr.DeGraaff is wonderful, as are the other 2 doctors in her practice. She is easy to reach, and truly cares about her patients. I found her office staff to be very helpful and compassionate as long as they were appreciated. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have difficulties having children.

I LOVE Dr. Degraaff! i have to agree with most of the reviewers' comments about the staff's rudeness. Just to make an appointment, you'd have to be put on hold for at least 10 minutes and when the person(Pat) picked the phone up, she was back in her usual rudeness. I've been in the office several times throughout my pregnancy and have met almost all the Docs in their practice: all professinoals and very likeable. the staff, however, is unbelievably rude and downright nasty. I'm surprised the Doctors have not fired them, really.

Staff is indeed rude and torture you for being 5 minutes late even though the wait is often long. Doctor DeGraaff is a great doctor and performed a c section to deliver my daughter. She is great and quick on appointments but listens to you for any questions anything else

I found that the staff is really good or really bad. I have been fortunate enough to have more good than bad staff issues. I LOVE Dr. Degraaff. She has been my dr. for years and now that she is my hero. She sent me for a mammogram early and I was diagnosed with DCIS and because we found it early I have a real good chance of complete recovery. She and her staff have been in contact with me and truly care about me!

Dr. Degraaff has been my Dr. for several years now. I recently had a miscarriage and she was so empathetic and compansionate. She has a very pleasant bedside manner. I have also spoken with the other Dr's when Dr. Degraaff was off and they were wonderful too. Her staff on the other hand have alot to be desired. They are uncaring and rude.

I really like her. She did my hysterectomy and was wonderful. Great bedside manner, caring, warm. There is always a wait at the Verona office, but all the doctors are good.

My experience with each doctor in this practice has been most positive and enjoyable. They have been extremely caring and knowledgeable throughout my entire pregnancy, and I would highly recommend all of them. Since I make early morning apts. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so, and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

I feel that this doctor is very knowledgeable and sweet. Their staff is something to be desired. The staff is never friendly, but I am going there for the knowledge of the doctors and that has been proven to be very very good. I have had 4 children in that office, all healthy. Their judgements of certain personal information was always on target and of todays medicine and present knowledge of situations. I feel that other patients would benefit by these doctors, as well. I wish they would fire their staff, though. They need friendlier girls or boys there.

Office staff is very rude and unfriendly, making a new happy experience stressful. Doctors have poor bedside manners. And the wait.......forget it, forever! do not reccomend!
