Dr. Caplan is a fabulous pediatrician. We have been seeing him since 2006 and we couldn't be happier. He is always relatively on-time yet always takes the time to answer questions and explain things. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He listens to parents and values their input before diagnosing the child, unlike some pediatricians. He has been a godsend to us and has always taken the time to ensure our children are well taken care of, including being seen on short notice. He follows up when he says he will and he remembers his patients and their history so we are not explaining our children's backgrounds every time we see him to ensure he has the complete picture(this says ALOT). I would recommend him to anyone as one of the best pediatrician's in the area.

Dr C is the best! You don't get better than this. We found him by accident when we needed a doc the day my son was discharged from NICU after a long stay. We have been seeing him for 3 years now and have been through everything possible to test a doctor. He is great with the kids and with the moms. He follows up when he says he will and is available when you need an appointment.

Dr. Caplan is wonderful! He has been a blessing to our family for our son who is 15 months. He's very personable and just overall gives you the feeling that he really cares. Even if you are in there for the silliest of reasons, he doesn't make you feel bad about it at all. I totally recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent pediatrician!

The best Doctor. He is young Doctor but you can tell he has alot of knowlege. he knows verry well chlidren illness and explain to us verry well all our concern. he also good listener Doctor which is hard to find lately. I wish he have another office in loudon i would take to my children. I recomend to any one who have kids.

A very good friend recommended Dr Caplan & is the best! He takes his time, anwers questions, explains everything and is just wonderful with kids in general (even babies). He is one of several docs in this practice - I've seen others but so far Dr C is the best - I highly recommend him. I actually heard another mother talking about him when I was out to dinner one night - just praising him to someone that just moved in the area.
