We have adopted two boys from Russia and Dr Stavitsky has been a great resource for us since the beginning. She is caring, proactive, and wonderful with our children. She has helped us understand and care for our children both physically and emotionally. We would recommend her and her practice to anyone.

We have had enough of the poor, unprofessional service of this practice. Uncaring doctor who has not been on time since we started seeing her. Always at least 30-50 minutes late spending the maximum of 5 minutes with us! She is lacking in so many areas. We spent a year in that practice and just recently left and very happily so!!!

Dr. Stavitsky is our doctor since my daughter was 5, now she's 17,5. We never had problem to schedule emergency appointment. It will be sad to leave the practice since we grew up...

Universal Pediatrics is an outstanding office. They are a small group who all know our child well. They are warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Not only have we have asked for several same day appointments and gotten one every time, we are able to get an after-school time that fits in easily with our schedule. Once arrived, we have always been seen very quickly. Dr. Stavitsky's advice for topics such as sleeping, good eating habits, potty learning and even finding good shoes is specific, easy to follow and works like a charm. Our family is an internationally adoptive family. It was important to us to have a doctor who is well-versed in some of the issues that such families might have. Dr. Stavitsky has this experience and also works closely with Lisa-Albers Prock, a Children's Hospital specialist. We are extremely happy to be a Universal Pediatric family.

We love our pediatrician! Doctor Stavitsky is the best!!!We are getting real concierge service without additional payments. Our doctor is available on her cell phone and via email!She visited us at home to see our newborn son. And you should see the office - it is the most beautiful doctors office we have ever seen. Kids want to play there for hours.

I've been going to Dr. Stavitsky for approx. 7 years for both my children. I switched to her after getting frustrated waiting and waiting for other doctors -- I consider her to be very close to 'on time' consistently. And most importantly she has an extremely gentle and upbeat bedside manner with kids and was one of the very few doctors my daughter could tolerate when she was very young. Dr. Stavitsky is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We love her new office and think the world of both her and Dr. Mele. My son was just recently sick, of course it started after office hours. I called and instead of getting an operator and having to leave a message and get called back, Dr. Mele picked up the phone! Love it!

Milana Stavitsky is an amazing doctor. I have had her ever since i move to the United States, and to explain her concern, care, and help would take pages of writing. I recommend Dr. Stavitsky to anyone and everyone, and hope you guys get to see for yourselves how knowledgeable and supportive she is. One time when i was having serious troubles and many questions about an issue, i called Milana at around 11 pm and within minutes she called me back, had a full hour conversation with myself and the pharmacist doctors in order to solve my issue. Not only that, she did this out of her own friday night time, and did not ask for any amount of money for this. I could not be any more great full or appreciative of Milana. After this, i knew i am going to stick with Dr. Stavitsky for as long as possible.

We will never have anything to do With Milana Stavitsky again. She showed up 1 hour late, Spent 3 minutes with us. Didn't explain anything, was borderline rude. We left very upset. She is late constantly, and frankly we have not had a positive experience with this Doctor yet. I would strongly advise to stay as far away as possible. We are never going back again.

Dr. Stavitsky takes the time necessary to understand all about our son as well all about our concers whether serious or minor. Than she addresses them all in a clear, understandable, and helpful manner.

Dr. Milana Stavitsky is extremely knowledgeable and caring pediatrician. I always feel that my 2 kids are very safe while still under her care (19 years old boy and 23 years old girl!). It is an uneasy thought that they will soon have to be moving to an adult care under someone who may not be as good a doctor as she is. Dr. Stavitsky very quickly recognized my at the time adolescent daughter's scoliosis, grossly overlooked by the previous very prominent pediatrician. She always went out of her ways to help treating my son's allergies and skin disorders. While on vacation in Aruba, my son got food poisoning. I called Dr. Stavitsky after midnight - she led me through the entire recovery process, starting from telling pharmacy what to prescribe, and staying on the phone with me till my son actually got better and could take the flight home next morning. And many more examples of her expertise and care. I only could wish I were under her care myself.

Helpful and friendly office staff. Dr. Stavitsky is one of those extraordinary doctors: professional, supportive, with excellent communication skills with both parent and child. We've followed her to a few different office locations. It's been worth it, and I'm glad she's settled in to her lovely new office near the hospital. She gives us all the time we need, even when she's having an obviously busy day. My 11 year old daughter loves to go in to see her, and listens to everything Dr. Stavitsky says, from following through on medications to nutrition advice. Excellent referral and quick appointment the one time we needed a specialist.

We are really lucky to have Dr. Stavitsky as our pediatrician. All our questions or concerns are addressed immediately via email or phone. Appointments are timely and greatly organized.This is the most beautiful,child friendly office I have ever seen. My children look forward to every appointment!

I am a foster parent and have taken the each child to Dr. Stavitsky. Dr. Stavitsky is a wonderful doctor. I am very pleased with her knowledge and helpfulness. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Stavitsky has been wonderful. We have been seeing Dr. Stavitsky for almost seven years and have only received the best care from her. She is always professional, friendly, and extremely supportive during every aspect of my children's care. She also maintains a broad and valuable resource for getting specialists when needed. I recommend Dr. Stavitsky to anyone looking for a great pediatric doctor.

Very proactive, I didn't need to follow up. She followed up with all of the specialists and coordinated. I didn't get that from my previous doctor
