I can't rate anymore than 3 because I was only in his office about 10 minutes each visit. He was very too the point and sent me on my way. Oh, and very rough with the nose thing.(whatever its called) He sparyed the stuff to numb it but I dont think he waited long enough because it hurt really bad and driving back to work my nose and throat were numb!
this doctor glorifies what we refer to as a Quack. I went to see him for a hearing test, he was very rude and clumsy with the instruments he used. he almost cut the inside of my nose, and would not listen to anything I was telling him. a terrifying experience I will not re-live. I left his office and seen Dr. Burrage, who is not only a better doctor, he also has compassion for his patients. maybe Dr. Tjan should retire, he looks 100
He done day surgery on me and I ending up in ICU for a week, doing the surgery over after having a seizure, due to blood leaking on the brain, getting billed for my stay at the Hospital. I have been seening Dr. Batten since then and doing prtty good for the damage that had been done.
This Dr almost killed me when I was 16,neglect of an ear infection.He is not a very good Dr.I think he should have been fired but now he needs to retire !
Dr.Tjan has been my doctor since I was 12 years old.As a child I always had a hearing problem. Dr.Tjan done a ear surgary(Stapdictomy) on me when I was 18 yrs., then a second Stapdictomy surgary when I was 32yrs.,both surgarys where very successful. I still visit him once each year for a follow up appointment and would highly recommend him to anybody suffering from a hearing problem.He also done this same surgary on my mother and it to was successful. He is very friendly and very intelligent.Dr.Tjan really made my life a lot easier,Thankyou Dr.Tjan!
