I am a health care provider and former patient. He is a terrible doctor. He was only interested in surgery ($$$) which turned out to be unnecessary. He did not follow up after my surgery. I had to call the nurse that evening to find out what he had found because none of his nurses stayed after my surgery to let me know what they had found. Then, they were irritated when I called. (Apparently, they told me the results as I was waking up from anesthesia.) He also placed me on pain meds for 3 weeks prior to my surgery and then cut me off 24 hours post op. He has horrible bedside manner. I would advise patients to avoid him!!

Dr Foley put me on a medication that I HAVE to take everyday and then REFUSED to refill that medication because I had missed my annual exam. I offered to make an appt for the annual and he STILL would not refill my medication. Very poor service, uncaring attitude and not willing to work with patients on daily medications. I will never go back and requested my records.

Dr Foley was abrupt and extremely rude. He didn't listen and cut me off before I could finish any sentence. His office staff also had an attitude as others have said. I could not believe the amount of disrespect and disregard they have for their patients. I will never return and think I deserve a refund. After all, I'm the customer and the service stunk!

I guess I am not the only one put off by this dr's staff. The doctor is super nice and a good listener. However, most of my visits have been with his assistant Kathy. She puts me off as well. It's her demeanor and attitude. She doesn't really listen to your complaints and she cuts you off. I also did not return because of her the front desk staff. The front desk is abrupt and not friendly. If you wait in front of them, they will finish a personal conversation before even acknowledging you. Not professional at all. Now they have one less patient to deal with.

My last appt at the Dr's office was supposed to be with Kathy. I waited 45 minutes and no one called me in. When I asked the front desk what the problem was they said that Kathy had to leave early and they were trying to "squeeze" me in to see someone else. I wasn't worth a call either before wasting my time. I left and NOW I am getting a bill for the visit I never had. NICE!!! I also agree with the previous posters about Kathy. She really puts patients off with her demeanor and attitude. The front desk is also very "attitudish". That's why I'm no longer a patient. Too bad because I LOVED dr Foley. His staff is really doing him a disservice.

I also agree with the above statement of Kathy. Dr. Foley was great and supportive in the beginning. However after a couple visits he seemed to be a little forgetful and not as concerned about my health issues. He is a nice man though. The bulk of the staff is nice too.

Dr Foley is very nice, personable and professional. I don't much care for his nurse, Kathy. She is pushy and is also his nutritionist. Not to be mean, but I'd want my nutritionist to be a little in shape. Love dr Foley, but because of his nurse, I no longer see him.

He is a fabulous dr. I went to so many obgyn dr.'s for my issue in Colorado Springs, including multiple E.R visits & luckily ended up in his office after so much suffering.
