I've been Dr. Lim's patient for 17 years now. I'm only 35 years old. He is a remarkable doctor. I never am rushed. He listens to me and doesn't just give you scripts but finds out what's wrong. I can always get an appointment with in a day or two. The staff there are so nice and helpful. Its like a family there. I won't see any other doctor but him. He's the best.

I believe Dr. Lim to be Avery knowledgeable MD. He is very professional as well as personable. I feel very comfortable with him. He listens to me. I let everyone know I think they're the best!

He moved his office location about four years ago and I am glad he did! his office staff is wonderful. I am so thankful that I followed him to his new location. It was well worth it. He is a wonderful doctor!!!

Not only is Dr Lim one of teh best doctors his staff is just as wonderful. Thisis an excellent office. My entire experience is always wonderful.

i love dr lim and his nurses. been going to him a long time and he is thourough and very easy to talk to. he listens. the front desk people are not warm seeming to think that this behaviour is professional (i work in the medical field with patients all day long and customer service is extemely vital to our practice) however once you get past the front desk they get an A++++++++++++ from me so i will continue to see dr lim

Fast service, always have appointments available... if not same day, then next day. Nurse practitioners are also very friendly and helpful. They both answer all my questions, and make me comfortable with every appt.

We waited over 2 hours to see this doctor, even though there were few in the waiting room. The worst is the office staff, who are all often jabbering away behind the glass, but do nothing. I had to go for blood test to check dosage for Rx renewal, then never got my scrip as promisted. Contacted office by voice mail and fax but no response. Finally got ahold of them, & was told I had to get another blood test, do to their error in the order, so I did. Then I still did not get my Rx! Finally I had to contact the office manager and threaten to turn them into the AZ medical board if I did not get my Rx within 12 hours. Worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. Changed doctors immediately.
