13/11/13 5 5 5 5 Wonderful staff who were chatty and comforting. The doctor is a big friendly giant with a genius brain. He diagnosed my problem immediately then went on to counsel me for another half hour on the correct way of taking my drugs. I had no idea that taking them at regular hours made such a difference ! He made me feel at ease and relieved to be looked after !! PLEASE never retire !!  Respond

02/01/13 5 4 5 5 The staff were great. The doc had been previously sick and made time on a Saturday to see me. Lots of other people had to be seen which made him run late for my appointment. I got my EMG done in the same office which was then read during my my visit with Dr. Sadowski which menat I didn't have to make a bunch of trips. Helped by prescribing some meds for my migraines which I hadn't tried before (have taken 6 different combos i the past) and these finally worked. Thanks Dr. S!

19/04/12 4 4 1 1 Dr Sadowski was not helpeful at all. He barely spoke to me, read my test results, didn't explain them, told me he would send a report to my doctor and then told me I could leave. It was a complete waste of time going to see him.  Respond

28/01/12 3 3 1 1 Dr Sadowski is not a good doctor,I would not recommend him to any one. He told me that my pain was in my head, that there was nothing wrong with me, as I sat on his bed with tears streaming down my face. A second opinion, with a really knowledgable neurologist revealed that I had a sarcoma tumour squeezing the nerve in my arm. It was cancer. I did write Dr. Sadowsi a letter but he didn't have the grace to reply.Shame on you Dr. Sadowski.  Respond

27/09/11 5 4 5 5 I was worried after reading the comments but Dr.Sadowski was a friendly, humorous and great neurologist. He was very thorough with explaining and telling me everything and this is why he can't be punctual every time. I will definetely see him again and recommend him. And the staff was just as friendly and helpful.  Respond

18/08/11 4 2 1 1 It is very hard to understand him he talks with a mumble. He made me feel like I was dumb and there was nothing wrong with me. Would not tell me what was wrong. I finally got an answer but I go back to another specialist, to get another opinion. I have been having a problem with my left hand and wrist.  Respond

25/03/11 5 5 5 5 At the age of 47, I had a stroke and Dr. Sadowski was called in. He immediately transferred me to RCH and started a heparin drip. Once they did the MRI they confirmed that I had a stroke but they keep on happening. I ended up with 6 infarcts on my brain each the size of a 6mm ball bearing. The other neurologist at the hospital kept insisting on surgery but Dr, Sadowski kept me on the heparin drip, he fought really hard for me and in the end was solely responsible for saving my life. The final diagnosis was a spontaneous dissection of the left carotid artery that was 100% occluded. 8 weeks later it completely recannalized and that was thanks solely to Dr Sadowski. In spite of what other doctors said, he kept me on the heparin drip, he fought the establishment on my behalf and had he not done so, I would not be here today, alive, well, with no physical evidence that my medical crisis ever happened. I owe him my life and would recommend him to anyone. He also is kind and caring.  Respond

22/08/10 5 1 5 5 I saw Dr Sadowski about 12 yrs ago for carpal tunnel of my right hand, and I had to see him yesterday for my left hand. He is good at what he does, but yes he does mumble and talk in a low voice. My appointment was for 10am he actually showed up at 11.05am. the assistant who was great did the testing on me. which took about 5 or so mins. the rest of the time I sat in a room and read magazines until he showed up. Then he said I had med severity carpal tunnel and the results will go to my doc then he would make the appointment for the surgery. that was literally it. about 40 seconds visit with him and off I went. Like I say good at what he does. I just hate that these people don't think your time is valuable. If we charged by the hr I think they would change their attitude don't you think?  Respond

23/11/08 5 5 1 3 I am not impressed with this Doctor. He did not listen to me. He did not look at me. He just looked at a sheet of paper and said "results will be sent to your Doctor, your Carpal Tunnel is not bad enough to operate" If the Doctor would have listened to me he would have understood that I have been off work and resting my arm/hand for the past month or so. Also, I find it funny that he didn't seem to care that I only use my hand with the carpal tunnel, due to the fact I have a disability and have very limited use of the other hand/arm. This Doctor should realize that not every patient can be diagnosed by only their "numbers" alone. He had no advice for me, he did not explain what I should do next. He did give me a card to buy a splint (for Carpal Tunnel) however, if he would have been paying attention, he would have heard me say that I already have a splint, and that yes I wear it. I left that office very upset and discouraged about my future. The appointment was a waste of my time.  Respond

I would highly recommend this professional. I have seen many, as my problem is along standing one.  Respond

02/06/08 2 2 2 2 This doctor was very very busy (too overbooked). He was very "softspoken" and "lacked good clear communication". Did not take the time to go over diagnosis "clearly" with me or give clear direction as to what to do next. (just a quick your report will be at your doctors). I left the office still not knowing if there was anything I could do to assist my condition or relieve the pain. No treatment or advice was offered to me at the time of my visit.  Respond

15/03/08 4 3 2 3 Not impressed with this doctor. His assistant spent more time with me conducting the test. Dr Sadowski is sadly lacking in personality & people skills. His staff are great though!  Respond

27/02/08 4 3 1 1 While nice enough, I wasn't impressed by Dr. Sadowski. I've been having dizziness, weakness, and other vague general symptoms. After speaking with Sadowski and having a very cursory in-office exam (during which he simply poked and prodded at me, and didn't explain what he was doing), he tried to convince me it was anxiety and all in my head. He mumbled something about my breathing being the cause (even though it is normal), which didn't make any sense at all. The only thing I am anxious about is my symptoms, and when I pointed that out, and how certain test results I have had show there is something there (it all began with what's been ID'd as IBS, and they actually found inflammation in my ileum), he glibly dismissed me, saying, "IBS is often caused by anxiety," even though in my case there's actual physical evidence of it. He arrived at a pre-conceived idea, not knowing me from a hole in the ground, and refused to change his opinion despite evidence to the contrary. Not recommended.  See Responses

15/08/07 3 2 1 2 This doctor has the worst communication skills. He mumbles, looks at the floor and won't make eye contact. His questions are confusing-not specific or clear enough and he showed up late for my appointment. I was totally unsatisfied with my interaction with him.  Respond

03/06/07 3 1 2 Did not like this doctor. Tried to keep me on Dilantin for life. I went to get another opinion and was told to try going off as it would to kidney damage over time. His secretary I found curt and abbrasive. Also he did most of his appointment by phone. The wierdest experiece with a specialist ever. Found a new specialist. Love her!  Respond
