I found Masner on the internet. My husband wasn't to happy how I found him so I did some research . I call the surgery center where he works and spoke with a nurse there.I explained that I was an RN and just moved to the state and was very nervous fining a doctor via the net.
Anyway she reassured me and said he was great and a few of there nurses use Dr Masner.
That was enough for me and here I am 3 months post op and I am very happy with the results.
I had Breast Liposuction done and I look fab. The excess weight is lifted and my breasts are perkier than ever.Dr masner is a true Gentleman .I have worked with a lot of doctors in my time and I can honestly say Dr Mausner was a pleasure .
Surgery is a big deal and you want the best. You are getting that with this doctor.

OMG !!!! I am sooo glad I found Doctor Mausner . He is a perfect surgeon for me . I had a breast augumentation 2 months ago and I couldnt be happier with the results. Doctor Mausner treated me as his daughter and made me feel very confortable . I trusted him so much that I did not even told him the size of the implants I would like to have. I let him decide on the day of my surgery the size he thinks is better for me. And of course he did a wonderful job. I look at the mirror and I feel happy. I see no scars and my breasts look so natural that you couldnt say they are implants. I just had an appointment with Doctor Mausner and as always he was lovely as he could be. In the future my mom will do a surgery with him too and we know she will be very happy with the results =) Thank you Doctor Mausner. You are awesome !!!! Obrigada =))))

I can’t begin to tell you how much Dr. Mausner has changed my life.I always knew I was beautiful but I didn’t feel confident because of my “extremely” small breast.I had seen 8 local doctors for consults and I just didn’t feel comfortable. Searching the internet late one night, I stumbled across Dr. Mausner’s website and was blown away by his work.I scheduled a consultation the very next day and was even more impressed when I met him.I had expectations of how “large” I wanted my breast to be but he quickly brought me back to reality and was quite frank about what was realistic and what was not…and in my case, very large breast wasn’t a realistic expectation at this time.I was very nervous about the scar and he assured me that my scar would be almost unnoticeable.I felt like I was one of his family members the way he and his staff constantly followed up with me after the surgery.I was given his personal cell phone number after my surgery, now what doctor does that? BTW–I have no scar!

Very few people know what the TS condition is and how to treat it. Dr. Mausner's knowledge of the disease (and the many years that he's been treating it) made me extremely comfortable. He takes the time to go over the entire procedure with you: pre-op, post-op, any type of pain,medications etc. He asks if you have any other questions. On the day of the surgery he was there early to meet my family and talk to them as well about the post op. He said he'd go aggressively on my forehead plaque (most surgeons are too afraid to even touch it) and from the profile angle it looks like it's not even there anymore. Very dedicated to his work, a nice guy, and extremely skilled surgeon. Best decision of my life. Any TS patient whose looking for treatment, look no further.

Doctor Mausner did an expert job at sealing my leg with a skin graft to cover a major wound. Also, he was an excellent advocate in dealing with the insurance company.

Dr. Mausner did my rhinoplasty four weeks ago and I am happy to say that I am 110% satisfied with the results. My nose looks so natural and everyone in my family is in love with it. Dr. Mausner and his staff have always been (and still are) extremely nice and helpful.

Probably the most professional and nicest office I've ever been to. Dr. Mausner is extremely knowledgeable, honest and caring. Finally had my breast reduction and lipo I had been thinking about for years (and should have done years ago). Results are natural and have changed my self image and what I can now wear. In case you need him after surgery or have any questions, he provides his cell phone. Not too many docs even talk to you. I highly recommend him to all who want an experienced, caring doctor who will give you the results you want.

Dr Mausner is rude! Very unprofessional! He insulted me because I had my eye surgery done by someone else and went to him just for fillers consultation. Why I didn’t have him do the surgery? Because I’d seen two jobs that were not satisfactory to me. At my visit with him, he treated me like I had committed a crime! He said I was there for him to clean up someone els’ mess. I was shocked!! I tried to explain to him that I was very happy with my eye surgery result and I only wanted to consult with him about fillers for the deep folds on my cheeks. He said those were not folds but secondary bags left behind by my surgeon. Which wasn’t true. He said he was going to charge me $250.00. for that visit. I just got up and left in shock. In my opinion, his friendliness totally depends on how much the job you’re there for costs and how much more he can sell!!

I had rhinoplasty done about 6 weeks ago, so far I love the results. My biggest concern was my profile. I had a dorsal hump that made me self conscious about myself. Dr. Mausner was such a great listener. I wanted to make sure that the doctor I choose would understand I still want to look like me but better. I would strongly recommend Dr Mausner to my family and friends. I will also becoming back to him for a breast augmentation. I hope my next experience is just as pleasant.

At the age of forty-one I decided I needed a “life change” and I had a breast lift and tummy tuck. My results are spectacular! Dr Mausner explained every step of the process to me during my initial consultation. Then once I scheduled the procedure, he and his staff where there every step of the way; answering my questions/concerns... they were always on time with appointments and follow-up issues. Dr. Mausner even made it a point to get to know my family and answered all their questions as well.
I would highly recommend Dr. Mausner to anyone considering this procedure. He is an amazing surgeon and I am extremely pleased with my results!

I chose Dr. Mausner after reading glorious reviews on this website. What can I say? All the reviews are true: he is a true professional, great artist and simply wonderful person to interact with. He made me feel comfortable from the moment we met during my consultation and I had no reservations about trusting him. I was also impressed with the operating facilities. The staff was wonderful and caring and I woke up from anesthesia with no pain. I even got a call from the doctor the day after the surgery. The recovery was smooth and I am very happy with my look after the surgery. Very natural, with exact results Dr. Mausner described. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Mausner - I waited for 10 years to do the surgery because I wanted to make sure I chose the right doctor. And I did, thanks to this website.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mausner if you are considering breast augmentation. I visited two other cosmestic surgeons before I found Dr. Mausner. Unlike the others, Dr. Mausner is a great listener, patient, and easy to talk to about what you want to achieve. He made me feel very comfortable and confident with my decision, and I am very happy with the results. Less than 6 weeks after surgery, I was back to my regular routine-working out, running, playing tennis, etc.

I came to Dr. Mausner after a 70lbs pound weight loss and with 20 year old awkwardly placed implants. Thought it was clear that it was going to be a challenging surgery, Dr. Mausner did not charge me more then his usual fee for this procedure. Dr. Mausner gave me a breast lift, and exchanged my implants. The results far exceeded my expectations. My breast have never looked as good as now. Dr. Mausner has a very nice manner and was able to help me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Mausner is multitalented--he seems to posses a unique combination of a gifted surgeon and gifted artist. This is evident in his understanding of proportion and balance in a human body. Dr. Mausner achieves incredibly natural looking and feeling results. He seemed very much at home in the surgery room and also the place where he truly shines. I reccommend him for any type of procedure. I must say that I was blessed when found Dr. Mausner, and I am grateful to him for doing such awesome work!

As the other posts state, Dr. Mausner is a wonderful surgeon. He did a tummy tuck with liposuction for me, and the results were fantastic. He's a really nice guy who makes a special effort to put his patients at ease. He's also realistic and will tell you what to expect from the surgery, the recovery, etc., which I really appreciated. My fear in getting a mini-facelift (after some drooping appeared after a regular facelift eleven years ago) was that I would look pulled and artificial. When Dr. Mausner said his approach to cosmetic surgery is “less is more,” I knew I was in good hands. Ten days after the surgery, a good friend who knew I had had the procedure said I looked “refreshed,” just the result I wanted. Dr. Mausner has a good sense of humor, explains everything, and cares about his patients and their results. He also never kept me waiting, perhaps a minor thing, but it meant a lot to me.

Doctor Mausner and his staff offered me the best experience possible. His keen understanding and professionalism, accompanied by an outstanding performance made my journey with Mausner Plastic Surgery Center just great. I went to him after having experienced two surgeries before. The scar left by the second surgery gave me a lot of stress and discomfort. He listened to me - which is an extremely important step - understood my emotional state, studied my scar for a few weeks, and finally provided me with the best result ever during a surgery in late August. After just one month I can already tell the my problem is solved and it's such a relief. There's an almost invisible trace of the surgery and I'm confident that in little time it will disappear. Doctor Mausner is the type of Doctor that I would just define gifted, for his incredible skills as a top surgeon and the interaction is capable to build with his patients. Dr. Mausner is fantastic. Firstly he really listens to you and I felt heard. I had a botched reduction in my early twenties and I'm 50 now, so Dr. Mausner had his work cut out for him. My surgery was only two weeks ago and I already look great, a massive difference. He was really accurate with what to expect and you can just tell that he has incredible knowledge and experience. The staff were really sweet, friendly and organized - I never had to sit around and wait for even a second. I am so pleased with the results of my augmentation and corrective surgery to one nipple - he did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to friends. It was also nice not having to play the 'cost' guesing game that many Drs like to play. He and his staff tell you upfront exact costs, no shocks later. Well done Dr. Mausner, you are really excellent and you made this whole experience fun and pleasant, a wonderful sense of humor.

I've been working in the medical field for over 20 years. I have researched area plastic surgeons for the past 3 years looking for the right physician to work with. Dr. Mausner is, by far, the best physician I've interviewed. He not only provides excellent medical/surgical care but is a true artist. He enables men and women who seek his advise to make informed decisions about their surgeries & expectations. He will hold your hand from beginning to end. I went to him for a breast reduction & lift, hoping to just reduce the size of my breasts for comfort & back pain. When the bandages came off, I was stunned! My breasts are beautiful again! And I look "normal". The only indication that I had work done is a very fine scar from the nipple to under the breasts that I know will fade within 1 yr to nothing because it's very fine & thin now at 1 month post op. I couldn't be happier with his care. His staff is very caring & considerate too. I won't consider another surgeon for future work.Jill

I was referred to Dr. Mausner by a friend who had her implants done by him, and she was very happy with them. I went for my initial consultation, and really liked Dr. Mausner's approach. I wanted implants as my breasts had become small and saggy due to weight loss, aging, and pregnancy. He told me what he could do for me, and recommended a lift as well to achieve the appearance I was seeking. He explained the procedures, and told me I would love the results. I liked his confidence about what he could do for me. I didn't want a Dr. that said "I think I can give you the result you want." I recently had my surgery April 6th, and I am so thrilled with the results, they have far exceeded my expectations. I am healing wonderfully with minimal scarring and little down time. I am already back in the gym! The entire staff is great and I would recommend Dr. Mausner to anyone. He is a skilled and talented Doc with a great personality as well. I am so incredibly happy with my results!!!

From the very first phone call I made to Dr. Mausner's office I knew that he was the Doctor for me. The staff was so nice and answered any question I had before I met with Dr. Mausner. I was very nervous about having surgery but after I met him that all faded away. I have called other docters but never went through with consults until Dr. Mausner, and I am so glad that I went with my insticts because I could not have asked for a better, kinder, more knowledgable doctor. It has been a week since my surgery and I look and feel great. I owe my new self confidence and outlook on life to him and I will be forever greatful.

I saw two other Plastic surgeons over the last year just like another rater on here and although they were knowledgeable the time, care, and positive energy I got from Dr. Mausner far outweighs them not to mention the pricing he gave me for my Breast aug and Tummy tuck (or lipo-still deciding)are phenomenal. I found Dr. Mausner right here on RateMDs and I can vouch for all the wonderful things said in these reviews about him. He really is that kind & caring and most importantly, he really is that skilled. I saw 3 or 4 other surgeons over the course of 2 years before finding Dr. Mausner. They were all certainly nice enough & they all had the credentials for the job but for some reason I continued to look. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Mausner that I found out what I was looking for and that was the “IT” factor. What I mean by that is I JUST KNEW he would do an excellent job & that he did. He performed an upper & lower eyelid lift and lipo under my chin. My eyes look better than they EVER have. They’re symmetrical & natural looking and makeup looks great. The lipo made my whole face look thinner & younger and there’s no more double chin when I smile! I think anyone considering plastic surgery owes it to themselves to meet with Dr. Mausner to see what everyone is talking about.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Mausner as my surgeon. It was a relief to find a doctor who truly understood what I wanted and was fully able to implement it during surgery. This whole process has been very rewarding and even though it’s only been four weeks since my surgery, I’m already thrilled with the results. Dr. Mausner and his staff made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. They were easy to work with, friendly, and considerate (appointments always started on time). Wonderful doctor. Puts generous effort into treating patients with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, especially kids. Kind, knowledgeable, patient staff. Extraordinarily skilled, experienced surgeon, particularly respectful of kids & their needs, cautious, meticulous & clear in his explanations, very patient with parental questions and anxieties. Great pre-care, terrific surgery, great post-care, terrific results. Brings hope & relief to those with a devastating disorder. Most of all, very kind. Too humble-took me months to find out -later!- he is expert in TSC surgeries, over 250 now and counting, 16 yrs & more. We knew we were in good hands before, during and after surgery. We found out we were in GREAT hands well past surgery, when we continued to contact & meet with other surgeons (hoping to get this avail in our area one day), none of whom showed a fraction of the knowledge, experience, compassion, or even professional interest. After suffering from a terrible breast augmentation (a hack job from another so called plastic surgeon), he counseled me on his corrective procedures, took time to answer my questions, and we both marveled at the results! I am so happy. I unfortunately suffered from complications beyond his control, but there he was - in my hospital room waiting for me to wake up. I was discharged the same day. I would recommend him to anyone, especially to those who need corrective surgery. He is not just a plastic surgeon! He's a artist!

I had been contemplating a breast lift/augmentation for over a year and went to many consults. During the consult, Dr. Mausner took the time to sit down and answer my questions thoughtfully and in manner that was easily understood. He treated me like a person, not a number. He made my decision to proceed with my procedure an easy one. The office is everything you would want from a doctor and staff. I headed 2 1/2 hours north of my own hospital to see Dr Mausner. He is the best. My family practitioner commented that she had never seen such an excellent breast augmentation. I am very pleased with Dr Mausner. He is a fantastic, meticulous surgeon. AND unlike most surgeons, he has an excellent bedside manner. :)

Also my sister had big bags under her eyes & she used him & what a big difference in her appearance. had 2 procedures done with him one was a breast lift & the confidence I feel now when wearing a bathing suit was worth every penny I spent having it done. His staff is really great they work with you to help you get finance if you need it. Dr. Mausner is very knowledgeable in what he does & all I can say is great work Doctor!!!

Dr. Mausner is a fabulous surgeon with a caring bedside manner. My procedure turned out beautifully and the recovery was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Mausner-he is the best!

I am delighted with the results of the surgery performed by Dr. Mausner. In addition to his surgical competency, he has a personality and manner that makes you feel comfortable and secure. His staff and the facilities used are all top notch. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. I would definitely return to him and would recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Mausner did a fantastic job on my surgery. His knowledge and skill was the absolute best. He followed up by phone the night of the surgery, and was available for any questions or concerns 24/7. He has made me very comfortable during the original consult, pre-op visit, during hospitalization, and all follow-up visits His office staff was so helpful and comforting from the first minute I walked in the office and are consistent with each and every visit. The offices are a very nice comfortable inviting atmosphere. The hospital facility where surgery was performed was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, including the admitting area, prep area, OR, and Recovery. If I have any other cosmetic surgeries, I would not consider going to any other doctor. I have recommended him to many friends, who I am sure Dr. Mausner and his staff will make them just as comfortable as he did me. They made a long time hard decision and very easy one with no regrets.

My experience has been extremely positive. From the first visit to the actual proceedure and now the follow up appointments, I have been treated with great respect and kidness. Everyone has been attentive and knowledgeable. My results are exactly as explainened. Dr. Mausner listened to my concerns and adjusted the procedure to fit my needs. This was a very important part of the procedure for me because I had a certain result in mind and he was willing to work with my request.Thank you for a pleasant experience. I feel that I am being taken care of at all times!

Dr. Mausner is perhaps the most personable Dr I've ever had -- he is attentive and knowledgable and willing to spend the time necessary to answer questions. The quality of care in his office is quite good.

went to several other doctors for consults. he was the only one who listened and seemed to care. love my results and the attention paid to me.
