:( Click to report rating    7/30/09 1 1 1 2  Doctor had me wait almost 2 hours, drive to another facility that he said was covered by insurance,but wasn't and had to respond to a court judgment as a result of them wanting me to pay over $1200 because of that. Never spoke to me after the injection and was, in my opinion, arrogant and pompous.
