The after hours staff are ruude,condenscending,un compassionnate.to the degree of highly unprofressional.refused to pay dr when my mother who has a broken shoulder n bone concer wass "accidentally" DC which means discontinued after few days. Claimed was accident however refused to page dr let her suffer n cry thru out night.

He actually sets down and listens to the patient, caring compassionate and smart, that's not easy to find in any other docs

3/22/12 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 1 | I never write on these things, and think that is unfortunate for the doctors that serve hundreds but do not feel the praise from the 95% and only hear from those who had a bad experience. However, that being said.. this doctor handled my particular situaiton terribly. Mis diagnosed multiple times, over medicated, and nearly destroyed my health, confidence, and life. He is one of those doctors who seemed to be a pill pusher, and treated symptoms as opposed to the underlying cause. A real unfortunate circumstance that I had to deal with him for my medical emergency. It is bad that i felt like I HAD to do this, but I wanted to warn anyone who was in the are choosing a doctor. | See Responses |

Al shroof is a wonderful doctor. He is the best doctor to me, my family and even for eveyone i know. i am his patient from last 3 years n i never get anything unsatisfying. He is the most caring, loving and helpful doctor. He is so down to earth and has a wide knowledge about everything. He is so talented doctor. I am glad to have this doctor.

Dr. Al-Shroof is the best doctor I've ever had. He is caring, competent, intelliengt,and makes his patients each feel special. I have many health problems but he always keeps working till things get better. He has also saved my life three times. He treats my complex pain and treats me with dignity. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. I love DR.Al-Shroof and I know he really cares about me. I hope he will always be here tyo be my doctor cause I'm spoiled now to other doctors.

Dr. Shroof is a wonderful doctor. He does not look to medication as a solution - like alot of other doctor's out there do, but he also will not make you suffer. He has a really great personality and makes your trip to the doctor's office fun & pleasurable. This is a doctor that you actually look forward to seeing again! Sometimes you do have a bit of a wait to see him, but that is because he is in demand and the wait is not an obsurd one.

Have used this doctor for years. They provide pain relief medicine to ease my lower back sufferings. He is straight up and lets you know your options. Would highly recommend if you need support medicine and a treatment plan.

If lucky enough you may get the BEST medical advise in Georgia. Never just pushes a drug at You, he wants your info and then evaluates till the answer is found. Prompt service by a great staff. He is extremely thorough, outstandingly knowledgeable, and a wonderful listener who truly cares about his patients. When my husband and I had to move out of state, we wished we could have taken Dr. Al-Shroof with us. He is a doctor who a patient can feel "safe" with because Dr. Al-Shroof will leave no rocks unturned, and he will overlook nothing - patients are in excellent hands with Dr. Al-Shroof. | Respond |
