07/07/14 5 5 5 5 I first met Dr. Victory when I was trying to get my periods under control. A few years later he was my OB for a higher risk pregnancy after a gastric bypass. He was knowledgeable about my nutritional needs and after having a hard repeat c-section he was able to explain what happened and what I will be in for if I have more kids. Always available for answers. Great doctor. Amazing staff. Phone calls always returned. I will definitely recommend him to anyone.  Respond

27/05/14 5 4 5 5 Dr.Victory and his staff are amazing. I cannot say enough about the level of care and compassion from all who were involved in our journey to have a child. Dr.Victory is always very thorough and open to answering any and all questions that we had. At all times we felt comfortable and confident in the decisions that he was making for us because he gave us all the information for us to make an informed choice. I was in the hospital at the end of my pregnancy and Dr. Victory came to see me almost everyday to touch base, see if I had questions and to let me know what his plan was. At no time was I concerned with the treatment I was receiving. I cannot express enough about what type of doctor he is. More physicians should take lessons from this man. He dedicates his life to doing what he does and he loves what he does, that makes him a phenomenal doctor. I consider myself blessed to have had the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Victory. Thank you for the exceptional care!

27/03/14 5 5 5 5 My husband and I have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about Doctor Victory, his team and our experience while under his care. Doctor Victory made us feel comfortable from our first meeting- he answered all of our questions (making sure we understood everything), he provided thorough first class care and although his practice is quite popular, we never felt rushed or like we didn't matter. He makes his patients' needs paramount and is very thorough -taking no chances, but rather exercising every tool and method necessary to ensure optimal health and well-being for his moms and their babies. He is proficient, reassuring and highly dedicated to his patients. The staff at Doctor Victory's office is also to be applauded. They are warm, welcoming and efficient. Wait times are incredibly reasonable and his team works hard to get all preliminary information/testing done so that your time with the doc is productive and rich. Can't thank him and his team enough. Highly recommended.  Respond

22/02/14 5 4 5 5 Dr. Victory is very professional, knowledgeable & extremely compassionate! I have a very bad case of endometriosis. I had been going to another local fertility specialist whom did a laparoscopy on me and got scared away by the extent of my endo. I went to Dr. Victory for a second opinion and he told me about things the first dr found and didn't tell me about. Dr. Victory performed a laparoscopy on me a couple weeks ago now and was successful with the surgery in removing a cyst and the endo that the other dr wouldn't do. Dr V made my husband and I feel 100% comfortable and answered all and any questions we had. He is an amazing doctor and I wouldn't put my health in anyone else's hands. I can never thank Dr. Victory and his staff enough.

25/01/14 5 5 5 5 After a recent visit to Dr. Victory's office, I feel compelled, like so many others on this site, to share my thoughts of him. I believe that so many of us, no matter what the reasons are for visiting, are in a very vulnerable position, feeling "exposed" is almost as nerve-racking as the medical issue. I entered the clinic so distressed, but over time those feelings dissipated thanks to Dr. Victory. He efficiently tended to my medical needs providing favourable results, leaving me feeling that he is deserving of trust. He is extremely knowledgeable, rational, decisive, compassionate, humorous, and kind. The balance of these characteristics are the perfect blend for any patient who is searching for an exceptional doctor. These positive posts are of no surprise to me.

21/01/14 5 4 5 5 I can assure you that Dr. Victory and the staff at VRC are the best you will ever encounter. There is none greater when it comes to the most advanced, current, and engaged. The knowledge that Dr. Victory has is solely through constant learning and investment of his time and energy--sacrificing much else in terms of his personal life. Why? Because healthy babies are his first priority. This holds true for all of the staff at VRC. Weekends are a luxury that they enjoy rarely as they put your needs first. I speak as a professional who has witnessed other physician's offices in action but more importantly, as a former patient. After SEVERAL years of failed fertility cycles and much disappointment, anger, and financial and physical exhaustion, we naturally became pregnant as we first met with VRC. The care we received throughout the pregnancy was stellar--I had stopped gaining weight, and he enforced biweekly monitoring to ensure safety of both myself and our son. VRC will not disappoint.

18/01/14 5 4 5 5 Dr Victory made all our dreams come true. After being misdiagnosed six years earlier by another dr a friend of the family brought up Dr Victory's name. We decided to give it one last shot. Thank God we did. Within a few short months, Dr Victory had diagnosed our problem and we were pregnant by in vitro. He did not pressure us into in vitro at all. The man is beyond kind and truly cares for his patients. With every appt we never felt rushed and he always took the time to answer any questions. His bedside manner is wonderful and is his sense of humor. He is passionate about his calling. The staff is equally as kind. We built a wonderful rapport with each and every lady who works at VRC. When you have struggled as much as I have with infertility you appreciate kindness and understanding. Thank you to Dr Victory for our beautiful daughter. We are forever grateful.  Respond

05/01/14 5 4 5 5 I was referred to Dr. Victory by my family doctor when I told her of my wish to conceive. Dr. Victory met with my husband and I and both of us went through a series of tests to determine if there were any issues. He was extremely thorough as no doctor I have been to has been. For such a young doctor, he is definitely experienced in the field of reproduction. After IVF, we decided to go with him throughout my pregnancy and I have to say that, considering that I had twins, I had an EASY pregnancy. Dr. Victory took every precaution and monitored me very carefully, and I give him all the credit for my incredible experience. When it was time for my delivery, I made sure that it was he who delivered my babies (natural birth, by the way). This will be my one and only pregnancy and I am so grateful that, with his help, he made it such an amazing experience. Thank you Dr. Victory and staff for visiting me after the delivery and for giving me 2 wonderful babies.  Respond

17/12/13 2 3 2 3 I was a paying patient for 2 1/2 years and gave him every chance to prove me wrong but he continually let me down. I always had to remind him of what he said he was going to do treatment wise. He never wrote things down. He made HUGE promises and never came through. He has a God complex. I was made to feel like I was bothering the staff all the time. They seemed to hold my medical information hostage. I had to press to get details with every cycle. His Nurse is less than effective at her job! I believe he is a book smart man but he is flawed when it comes to dealing with the human side of fertility (although he could teach a schmoozing 101 course). He forgets that money doesn't grow on trees. He is very quick to suggest procedures that do not need to be done, like IVF and ICSI. I hope that he can grow in these areas. At least his clinic in Richmond Hill looks like an actual clinic now and not some shady basement lab.  See Responses

12/09/13 5 4 5 5 3 month wait to get an initial visit but the staff were so knowledgeable that they instilled instant confidence in us and made it worth the wait. About 8 months from initial visit to 1st IUI as testing took some time and then the timing of my cycle forced me to wait another month to start. Dr V can seem Cocky but it really is just deserved confidence. He is great at what he does, knowledgeable and kind. I commented once on how much he works and he said "it doesn't seem like work when you love it and I just want to help people" What more can you ask for. I sometimes felt like I was leaving the office without knowing next steps but one call to Diane the RN and she answered all of my questions and showed great patience. I have a very happy ending as after only 1 cycle of IUI I am now 10 weeks pregnant. I know this is not the outcome for many but I am confident that Dr V's bed side manner and the staffs patience would have continued on. I am so thankful for his skill and passion

29/08/13 5 4 5 5 I saw Dr. Victory for IVF and as my OB and cannot say enough good about him or his staff, Infertility treatment is a VERY emotionally charged process, As for comments about IVF being "pushed" on people statistically this route gives a better chance of success that repeated alternative treatments-believe me I did the research! I gave a 4 for punctuality because the office is VERY busy-bring a book or watch the movie that is playing in the waiting room, The staff are awesome and never had a problem confirming information but do pay attention, We were successful on our 1st IVF attempt and Dr. Victory helped us through a difficult pregnancy he gave us his cell # and was always available to us and was proactive in our care giving us the information we needed compassionately but without sugar coating, All that being said, I know we would not have our girls today if it wasn't for Dr. Victory and that is the best recommendation anyone could give!  Respond

05/03/13 5 5 5 5 I have been Dr. Victory's patient for 3 years and have had only good experience with him and his staff. I like the fact he really cares for his patients and is always trying to make sure that they understand what he is doing to help them get better. He performed two surgeries on me and did a great job. I wasn't a very good patient as I didn't always go with his advice and suggestions but he was very patient and understanding. He is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to the dearest persons in my life. His stuff is also very nice and caring. I like the fact that every time you call they are there to help you and get you an appointment fast. If you leave a message they call you back in a timely manner. Overall, Dr Victory is great and knowledgeable and his stuff is top notch. I appreciated very much their help and care. Keep up the good work!

22/02/13 4 4 5 5 I agree that Dr. Victory has great bedside manner and is very friendly and patient answering questions. But I do agree with a few that sometimes it seems he just wants all fertility patients to go through IVF because it's the most expensive option. However, I did get pregnant on my 3rd try with him through IVF, so I guess no complaints. I would recommend his fertility clinic.  Respond

21/02/13 5 5 5 5 I have been going to Dr. Victory for years and despite going away to school many hours away I still will not go to anyone else. He is very understanding and helps alleviate any unnecessary panic by taking time to explain the situation thoroughly. I have always felt comfortable, cared for, and free to ask questions. I also notice that he makes a point to stay current with the latest technology and treatments, something I find other doctors lagging in. His whole staff is always pleasant and welcoming as well, which really adds to the whole atmosphere. I recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who is energetic, knowledgable, and puts his patients first.

09/02/13 4 4 5 5 Dr Victory is an amazing doctor. We have to do ivf due to my hubby's low sperm count. We had an appointment today. I was so nervous and I had searched a lot so I had lots of questions to ask him. Dr Victory answered all my questions in very details meanwhile I was also checking his facial expression and was worried if he gets mad of answering too many questions. I could see he was really willing to help and answer all my questions. He understood I was very nervous and needed clarification.I hope all my IVF process ended with success. I can now trust my amazing Doctor, Rahi Victory, thoroughly.

29/01/13 4 1 1 3 I suffer with endometriosis and PCO for a few years now. I was referred to Dr. Victory from my old G.P. and I am NOT a fan!!! I hear he is good for fertility, but when it comes to other issues such as mine, I found him to be not so great. He wanted to put me into a chemical menopause and I was only 17 at the time. I did NOT like his attitude. He may be knowledgable, but he's too cocky for my liking. I would personally NEVER see him again!!!  Respond

22/10/12 5 5 5 5 After a great loss, months of doctor visits and pain, Dr.Victory has given me health and hope. I went to the ER on Christmas Eve due to a prolapsed uterine fibroid that had become dangerously infected. Dr. Victory was on-call and performed emergency surgery that saved my life. He was caring, kind and also realistic. He made me feel at ease without making any promises. He kept my family well informed regarding my progress during surgery and recovery. After surgery I experienced minimal pain and healed well. My husband and I do not have any children yet and we have suffered a loss at 22 weeks prior to meeting Dr.Victory. Around 9 months after surgery, we were given the OK to try and get pregnant again. He has helped me trust that great Dr. exist that care for patients as individuals. He was always informative, compassionate and had a sense of humor, connecting on a personal level. I can't thank him enough for saving my life and giving me the gift to conceive. <3  Respond

I am now seeing him again years later and am a bit disappointed that the office is now sooo busy and time in te waiting room is fairly lenghty. I also needed a new referal to see him (which is fine/understandable) but it took me 5months to get in to see him.. as a return patient i would have hoped for a shorter wait (it only took a few weeks years ago, had i known would have went sooner for the referal). i also feel hes a bit more focused on his ivf patients then others (guess thats were the $ at?) ... but at the end of the day i trust him and like his quirky bedside manner so I am happy to stick out this journey with him.  Respond

09/02/12 1 1 1 1 I've been a patient of Dr.Victory's for the past 5 years and he seen me through both of my pregnancies with no problem. Then I had an IUD inserted by him, and I have to go for my annual check up and I'm having complications with the Mirena, and he's refusing to see me saying that I can't get in until I have a referral and they arent' booking appt's until JUNE!! How can your Gyno just drop patients like that? Ridiculous! Thanks alot! My Fam. DR is away on vacay and now I have to go to the local hospital to have my issues taken care of no thanks to Dr.Victory and his staff. BS if you ask me!!! But let's try our best in the community to keep our hospital waiting room run quickly and smoothly and see your appropriate dr. for what you need and not bother them with things that can be dealt with and should be by your own Gyno or fam.dr. How?? No call, mail or nothing saying that I was no longer a patient of his, or else I'd already have somebody else lined up and wouldn't have this prob.  See Responses

Didn’t require any tests or even didn’t examine me! Asked very very private question! Asking if we were Christian or muslin!!! What the hell? And once we said Christian – he said the only solution is IVF! And said that my husband has a low count and motility sperm! However we went to another dr. and he said we are BOTH FINE! And the sperm of my husband is perfect and she said we don’t need IVF!!!!!! I am actually pregnant naturally! He is a big liar and was after our money seeing that we were new to the country! I firmly do not recommend him for any couple! Very unprofessional! And doesn’t know what he is doing!as if we were at a grocery store!  See Responses

09/09/09 1 1 1 1 Went to Nahal Fertility clinic in Richmond Hill. After first semen(sperm) analisys with low results, wanted us to sign for IVF procedure (very first meeting, very first 10 minutes). Made it sound as if second test (or opinion was useless). Not aware of semen analisys 101. Same for diagnostic of blocked tube. After Hysterosalpingographie on my wife: diagnosed bloked tube. Made phone calls to offer good deals for IVF. Not aware that Hysterosalpingographie can be misleading since spasm can show no flow in tubes, without them being blocked. Laparoscopic abdominal surgery showed no tube blocked. Wrong diagnostic from Victory. This guy in this fertility clinic was after our money. I'm 2000% confident he knows about the improper practice he used to get our money, playing with our lives.

HOWEVER, he proved us wrong very quickly. Dr.Victory was right on top of things when the pregnacy became high risk. He wasn't hesitant to send me for complete and thorough testing throughout the pregnancy to make sure that baby and I were safe at all times.
