I tried Dr. Rabinowtiz as my new PCP but was very dissapointed. Making appointments is difficult. He didn't bother looking at my medical history before we met, despite having several more weeks to do so since he cancelled and rescheduled my original appointment. He has been consistently late for appointments (not just five or ten minutes, but typically close to an hour). His bedside manner makes me nervous.
