:) Click to report rating    11/13/09 5 5 5 5  I took my friend to Dr. Loetscher to remove her wisdom teeth. From the time that we arrived from the time the staff walked us out to our car they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Loetscher is a great surgeon. My friend had her wisdom teeth out on a Friday and was feeling fine the next day, with no pain. I highly recommend this Doctor, if you want perfection go see Dr. Loetscher and his wonderful staff.

:) Click to report rating    5/19/09 5 5 5 5  Dr. Loetscher took out my sister's wisdom teeth. She did not have any insurance but the staff was extremely understanding and worked out a payment plan with us. I expected her to be swollen and sore for days but there was absolutely no swelling and she said that her pain was very minimal. Dr. Loetscher gave us his personal phone number call if we had any concerns and even called us on Saturday to make sure she was doing well! Everyone there really went above and beyond.

:( Click to report rating    4/16/09 1 2 1 1  Consultation was interrupted several times for payment by office staff which made me feel like they were very leachy. They miss-represented pricing for services. Required 100% of payment for services at the time(which I paid) then submitted over $1k additional to my insurance company. When I called them about it they told me that was just too bad. I would not go there unless you get all your services, prices outlined in writing and sign off on that before any services are done. I personally would never go there again nor recommend him to anyone; I feel their practices are unethical. It is yet to be seen if the work that was done will hold up.

:) Click to report rating    10/16/08 5 5 5 5  There is no better Oral Surgeon out there. He did execelent work on my family members from wisdom teeth to dental implants. Their recovery took no time at all. His staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to him.

:( Click to report rating    5/8/07 2 2 2  My consultation was very short. His office staff interrupted our meeting numerous times. He did not do imaging, had few before/after pics to share, and lost my pics post-op. I was not pleased with my outcome (rhinoplasty & sliding genioplasty).
