Have used Dr. O'Barr for many years. I rate him very highly as a great, caring doctor. His nurse is very sweet and caring. I do find the front desk not as friendly but i am not there for entertainment. I think can be friendlier. The nurses that take blood i give a 100 too. They stick one time and no pain. Thank you Dr. O'barr for taking care of me and my family.

Dr. O'Barr was recommended to me by by a co-worker & so far, I am very pleased with his service, however, after my 1st visit,which the office staff had no impact on me, and the nurse was wonderful,the next visit and follow up phone calls I made, the office & front desk staff, did seem put out to be helpful. Also, the nurse I had was nice, but not nearly as attentive as the 1st one.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Barr for at least 10 or 12 years and have always had terrific relationships with he and with Dana, his nurse. I have also had good experiences with the lab and radiology staff in his office. However, I must agree with a number of the previous comments. His counter and clerical staff are HORRIBLE. A previous review comparing them to bureaucrats or government employees is right on the mark. I can recommend Dr. O'Barr wholeheartedly but a good housecleaning at the front desk is definitely in order.

Dr. O'Barr has treated most of my family over 20 years. He is knowledgible and always recommends other doctors if needed. His nurse is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him as a primary care physician.

Don't like the office staff at all! Some are helpful, and some look and act like they are under 20 and uneducated. Dr. O'Barr himself is GREAT. I'm just not fond of his other staff members. I would tell others to go there because he is great, but I would warn them of some of his staff.

My husband and I have been going to Dr.OBarr for years. He takes time with patients, sends them to specialists when the need arises. I highly recommend him.

The doctor is great, but the office staff act like government employees. They are rude and hide behind policies. So the Dr. is ultimately responsible for these policies. I had him as a Doctor for 14 years now and only recently have they refused to call in my medication. This case it was my blood pressure medication. They REFUSED. When I asked for an explanation the lady called me "SIR" using it like a 4-letter word. I am now forced to find another doctor with more humane office policies. Dr. O'barr if you read this you should fire all your office staff and get people who care. So due to his staff being so unhelpful I am rating him as unhelpful.

I have been going to Dr. O'Barr since 1991 and would highly recommend him. He has been used by both friends and family, all have been very pleased with his knowledge, helpfulness and staff. He has an excellent manner with patients and will answer all your questions. He always takes his time with you to make you feel important as a patient to him and ensure that you understand all of his instructions.
