9/15/12 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Dr Jordan performed my bilateral blepharoplasty in August 2011. There was some delays in getting my initial consultation but thereafter, everything went quickly and smoothly. Operating room staff were superlative and seemed really to care about my wellbeing. (Ask to be scheduled on a day when they use the Eye Institue facilities - superior to the general operating theatre used on other days) The results were beyond my expectations. Dr. Jordan called me at home, post op, gave me his personal number to call for any problem and scheduled multiple follow up sessions to check healing. He is meticulous and thoroughly professional - though I gather he can be a bit impatient with op room staff. We are lucky to have him in Ottawa. Ultimate sign of my satisfaction: I gave my spouse the same procedure as a present! | Respond |

4/14/12 | 2 | 2 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Jordan is a great surgeon! I am so grateful that I was referred to him. Having big ugly thyroid eyes he made them look pretty and normal again. He gave me my self esteem back! He is very professional and it took me a little while to warm up to him as he is not a chatty dr. Hands down I would chose him over an over-friendly chatty dr. The best result from my surgeries with Dr. Jordan is I have no scars. | Respond |

9/23/11 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Agreed, Dr. Jordan is a caring and superb doctor. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with a tumor in my Lacrimal gland on my left eye in May 2011. I went for a consultation with Dr. Jordan after waiting for another doctor for several months. He gave me full attention and examined my eyes; analyzed my MRI and CT scan; and provided me with the best advice for treatment, despite the fact that his practice is incredibly busy. He even made an effort to contact me for information immediately before and after his business trip. His care and concern are much appreciated. I would highly recommend this doctor and his staffs to anyone for eye care. | Respond |

9/16/10 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | A superb doctor ... I had eyelid surgery done 2 weeks ago. From the initial meeting, to the scheduled in-office surgery and the aftercare has been professional. During surgery, he explained everything that he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to give him a wonderful recoomendation to anyone !! | Respond |

10/13/09 | 2 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I saw Dr. Jordan for the first time this month. I had surgery to remove an intercranial tumour earlier this year, which left my face partially paralyzed and one eye unable to close fully or produce tears. I found the doctor to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and I felt like he really took his time with me. Several of my family members have seen him for medical procedures and also had nothing but good things to say to him. I actually found the front desk staff to be really unfriendly, but maybe it was just too early in the morning :) | Respond |

10/6/09 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 3 | This doctor is such a rude, arrogant and uncaring doctor. I saw him after being diagnosed with cancer and having 35 radiation treatments. I needed tubes for my tear ducts and he was the chosen one. I went at the Eye Institue to have my tube inserted. For some reason that day I was discouraged of all this cancer saga and seing all kinds of specialist. I started to cry and I could'nt stop crying. Usually I'm a tough one but that day I wasn't. Any he froze me and he started his procedures with me having tears rolling down. After about 5 minutes he told that if I didn't stop crying that the door is there and to take and that was that. Finally I settled and he finished his surgery. I left and never came back. I even made an official complaint at the hospital about him. | Respond |

I have been a patient of Dr. Jordan's for over 8 years. From the beginning I found him to be utterly professional, polite, very knowledgeable and totally concentrated on me at each and every one of my appointments. I have seen him at least 4 times a year for 8 years primarily for botox, resylane filler for my laugh lines and jaw and also eyelid surgery. Despite the fact that I am 54, Dr. Jordan's sculpting and caretaking of my face has made me look just lovely, very natural. He is a dedicated doctor and despite the fact that his practice is incredibly busy he gives everyone his full attention no matter what the problem. I also developed a very serious case of dry eye. Dr. Jordan navigated me through some very tough times, always offering his help, his knowledge, what to use and followed up with me time after time. These were not paying visits yet the care and attention and bedside manner were exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jordan for any kind of procedure

10/20/08 | 1 | 2 | 5 | 5 | I waited 6 months to get an appointment with this doctor. Unfortunately I forgot the date and when I called I was told the apt. was over. I didn't require his services until lately. When I tried to get an apt. referred to by my family doctor I was refused unless I paid a $75 fee for not going to the last one. I was recently contacted by his office with reference to to this and was told that I did not get a reminder of this apt. because it was my responsibility to have remembered it. When I asked why didn't I get a reminder call since this apt. took six months I was told if they are not busy they call and if they are busy they don't. This office staff member was certainly not too busy today as she took the time to call me twice within an hour. We hung up the phone by me telling her that he could go to hell and oh yes she also told me I could as well........So much for a doctor's concern with a patient....this doctor saw me many times before and I had medical surgery done by him. | Respond |

I had an eyelid lift two years ago (at age 59). I went for a consultation, got all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and did not feel rushed or pressured. I was able to get a date for the surgery two months from the time I called. The surgery, performed in the office, went smoothly and I felt as if I got the right amount of care/instruction. The office staff were pleasant and helpful and there was excellent follow-up (several appointments, good service, just as pleasant as before I paid my money). I was very pleased with the result--it took away that "tired" look, and was so natural that after the healing it is hard to remember that my eyes ever looked any different. I have confidence in his ability and have recommended Dr. Jordan to friends and to my daughter-in-law who will require more complicated orbital surgery.

4/27/07 | 3 | 4 | 5 | I have beeen his patient for several years. He has helped so much that I now see him only once a year, down from three times a year. He is extremely knowledgeable. His receptionist (Nel) is very professional, yet you feel like family when you visit. His bedside manner is superb. I have referred three people to him, and they love him. Well worth the wait!! | Respond |
