I just went in for my routine exam and cleaning work on Thursday at Sooke Dental now Sitka Dental and now I see it's something else? What happened to Dr. McMillan? Is he paralyzed now and can't work? This guy helped out my 2 kids and went the extra mile, way way out of his need to me and my wife to no end. There is no way he made a dime off us. How is this happening? Where is this guy? What now? I feel sick.

Graham is by far the best dentist I've ever seen (in 65 years). He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, informative, and friendly. He did a lot of work for me, major and minor, and it has all been excellent. It is so sad that he has suffered such terrible injuries. We (me and family) wish him the very best.

I'm so sorry to hear about his serious spinal injury. I don't know how he carried on practicing for as long as he did. I'm praying for him as he was the most knowledgeable and caring dentist I have ever had in my 65 years. I wish him a full recovery if that is possible. I hope to God he comes back soon.

I have been Dr McMllan's patient at three offices over 24 years. I can't say enough good things about Graham (for some reason I always call him by his first name but it feels right because he has always made me feel so at ease). Over the years I have had fillings, crowns, a root canal, a broken tooth, referrals for specialized treatment, and of course the usual cleanings. Graham and his staff have handled them all so perfectly. I've never had dental insurance, either, and he has always been good to me on that score.

Wow what a difference! They've finally landed superb staff and this office is warm, friendly and relaxed. My Insurance was handled properly and the gal knew what she was doing. The Hygienist is top notch and Graham is a great Dentist! Its good to see such a top team in Sooke! They are getting super busy because of it so book in quickly. Best Dental office in Sooke now.

Graham is a refreshingly honest dentist with the experience, wisdom and knowledge to tell you what your treatment needs/options are, both immediate and long term. He outlines what my alternatives are to suit my needs, desires and goals. He listens to my concerns and will tailor his treatment approach to suit mine while expressing concerns for both. He has involved me in my conditions by taking the time to show me what he sees on my X-rays and educate me on what he sees and why. This is such a great new way to what I have ever experienced before. What a lovely find for me!. His hygienist (Jolene??) is just wonderful and very comfortable as well! I highly recommend him and Sitka Dental.

Super stoked!!! Hand-delivered my referral to the specialist the instant my appointment finished. Paid for his fees as well! Plus he called me 3 times a day for 3 weeks afterward just to make sure I was OK. Unbelievable!!

Very disappointing. Failed to ensure my referral for jaw+ pain was done. Failed to follow up and offer timely / quality standard of care. Poor customer service.

Dr. McMillan took over from my previous dentist after he passed away. I had switched to a new dentist office at that time, but asked to come back after not enjoying the new dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and then had to come back for some fillings and both visits were very good. No pressure to get cosmetic treatments like the other place, and Dr. McMillan made me feel like I have been going to him for years. Great staff and atmosphere, highly recommend.

A very practical and realistic thinking dentist. Is able to work within limits by "McGyvering" things to work through rote imagination, ingenuity and great skill. Very slick with injections in - a welcome first. A kind billing dentist as well. I highly recommend him!
