Dr Acre is a fantastic doctor and if you are one of her patients then count your lucky stars. She is empathetic, listens, supportive and very thorough. I find the staff to be great and I almost never have a problem getting through - you can also book appointments through Dr.Direct which is so simple. For the person complaining about walk-ins, it is ridiculous. We are so incredibly lucky to have access to a walk-in clinic just for patients instead of having to wait for hours in emergency or other clinics. The downside is that yes, you have to wait sometimes but if you want to minimize wait times always book your appointments very early - 9am if possible, or take the 1:30pm slot. Otherwise you can get stuck between walk-ins. If you are a walk-in yourself then make sure to arrive at 8am so that you are one of the first. Just a few little tips to minimize the wait. Overall, a great place - been a patient there for many years. I am blessed!

I am very pleased with her. She is very thorough and professional. She cares a lot, takes time to listen to you and is very intelligent. She is not perfectly punctual, but this is the way it goes in that business. It is indeed impossible to predict how long your case will take. On the negative side, I think she is over-cautious, which caused me a lot of unnecessary meetings with specialists and each time I thought I had cancer or something similar, which was not the case. Still, I recommend her highly. He staff is fine but not very friendly. I have seen much better elsewhere.

Dr. Acre is just amazing. She's intelligent, intuitive and efficient. She tries hard not to have you wait too long (which has rarely happened) and apologizes if she's delayed. As well, she's very empathetic and thorough (and sweet). I feel fortunate to be one of her patients.

have been my doc since 2009,she is very efficient, honest and have immense knowledge in medicine. She is very caring and polite to patients , always smiling and esquire about the help problems and give valuable instructions. I am proud and fortunate to have such a kind and good doctor.I will surely recommend her to anyone who needs medical assistance.

I am extremely upset with Dr Acre, I truly believed she was a good doctor until the events of the past 2 months. I had an appointment with her to go over some blood work. When I got there, she begun by telling me that my diabetes is controlled..First mistake... I DO NOT HAVE DIABETES!. She apologized and said she must have mixed my file up. Second mistake was .. She asked about a pill she had prescribed and I said I guess it was going well.. and then told me it was for ACNE.. I was surprised because she had prescribed that for blood pressure and now she was telling me it was for ACNE.Mistake 3- I went for a mammogram on Aug 29, her office says they never received it although I saw proof of the fax that was sent.We sent another copy to Dr Acre office, no one called for 2 weeks. I finally called and they told me everything was perfect. The radiologist called a week later to confirm that I was going for a ultrasound..now I am schedule for a biopsy .. Dr Acre.. you played with my life!!

I have had this problem for the past three weeks. Their office does not pick up the phone nor is it possible to leave them a voicemail message. I was only able to reach them because I called their neighboring office and kindly had the administrative assitant go over with my call back number. I was told that they had phone issues lately. My objective here is to have someone from their office read this and resolve the issue once and for all. I am more than sure that many patients trying to call in are annoyed and frustrated.

She is a good Dr. but she is very very very very slow. The clinic is the worsest clinic I ever been at. They make you make an appointment but the priority is with the walkin patients!!I had to leave 3 times because although I had an appointment, she was taking others before me because the secretary misplaced the charts. It's been two years that I wasn't able to do my followup because of theire stuppid clinic's policiy!! They are taking one walkin and one appointment instead of having priority with appointments first!! I will file a complaint against that clinic and hopefuly they will close it down because there is no management it is more damagement because my health is in dangeure because of my high blood pressure and not be able to see the Dr at my appointments.

Excellent doctor. Very personable, listens well, takes more than enough time, attends to details, respectful. Intelligent approach to medical treatment and also advises on overall health issues. When you leave the office, you feel that all your concerns have been addressed.
