Dr. Aronson strikes me as a very knowledgeable, caring, professional doctor. My only issue with him is I have to wait at least 30 minutes after my appointed time before he is able to see me...since he started seeing me about 4 or 5 years ago. One time he had an out of town appointment and another doctor took me to cover for him...I had to wait 2 hours and the lady doctor did not even apologize for making me wait. At least one time or two Dr. Aronson apologize for the long wait...but it's been like that all the time. I have to leave work early so I won't be late for work, and the staff advised me to come in early for some preliminaries...only to wait long to be able for him to see me. I work per hour and I lost pay whenever I have an appointment with him. For someone like me who earns small amount in the retail business, every penny counts.
I have been seeing Dr Aronson for ongoing treatment of Diabetes for almost 6 years. His practice is well organized--he and his staff are very attentive and professional. Effective use of technology to manage patient records is a plus, and permits quick analysis of long term trends in patient test results. The availability of dietary and general diabetes management courses has been useful. At times in the past I found punctuality to be an issue, with waits of 30 to 60 minutes or more past the appointed time. However, in the past year, punctuality has been very good and it seems that a lot of attention has been placed on improved practice management. Dr Aronson is quite willing to answer questions. I feel very well taken care of by Dr Aronson and his team.
I saw Dr. Aronson for Diabetes and he was so helpful . My husband came with me and we were so happy to finally have someone take the time to explain diabetes to us in a way that makes sense without the all the mumbo jumbo that I normally get.
The person who took my vitals was very polite and explained what was going to happen on that day
Thank you for such great care .
I just came from Dr. Aronson's office and it was such a great experience! The team he works with is so friendly. Dr. Aronson provided me with time to discuss my issues and then provided me with great tools and recommendations on how I can improve my diabetes. I'm a new patient and I was so scared before but now I feel like I am able to manage this disease with the help of Dr. Aronson! Thank you!
I recently saw Dr. Aronson for my diabetes care and him and his whole team of educators and nurses were so helpful. His knowledge in diabetes is amazing. in 6 months only my AIC level went down 1%. I was helped by his whole team of experts and I feel I in in best hands for my health.
I would never switch my endocrinologist, as Dr. Aronson is a very knowledgeable physician. He has helpled me with getting my diabetes under much better control, which I have been struggling to do for years and gone through 1 endocrinologist before. He is always patient and will answer questions in a way that I understand. To add, his staff are very helpful and are always very welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Aronson if you are looking for an endocrinologist.
Dr Aronson is an excellent physician. He is helpful and knowledgeable and provides excellent care. The staff at the office go out of their way to be patient and helpful in an obviously busy office.
Wow. It is difficult to imagine a worse experience. After being rescheduled more than once, I literally saw him walk into the clinic over half an hour late, and then proceeded to wait another hour while I guess he caught up on seeing the other people ahead of me. When I finally saw him he was extremely brief, arrogant and left me with so many questions about my diabetes and my treatment. He even tried to get me into some study and visibly lost interest in me when I said I wasn't interested. I refuse to go back to that clinic and am asking my doctor to refer me to someone else as soon as possible.
I'll make it short and sweet. Staff is great but main reception swears on the phone when shes makes mistakes. I've had ALL the appts I've made with this doc rescheduled. In total that is three in the last year, I even had an appt confirmed than canceled twice on the same day two weeks ago. But this cancellation left me without life sustaining medication which I explained to the receptionist. She then stated that there would be a $20 fee for Rx renewal to be faxed to me pharmacy. WHAT!!! This was my final straw. I'm now seeing another doc. If this doctor cared more about his patients and less about his pocket book and travelling he would have a much better practice.
He was rude, innapropriate and arrogant WHEN I actually got to see him. Never have I had a doctor cancel that many appointments in my life! Diabetes is an every day illness! Type 1 Diabetics cant go months and months without seeing a doctor unless they have a death wish! So I ask to be referred elsewhere, and they tell me I need to see him to close my file...So what I got out of that was..."you are sh*t out of luck" because seeing him was impossible and I couldnt get a new doctor without that appointment. Needless to say a long rant over the phone got me referred elsewhere.
