We could not even get an appointment with this dr for a meet and greet for 2 weeks after being referred to her my husband called and left msg after msg to no avail. No one ever answered the phone or returned the call. After we complained to the Family Health Team we got a call stating they did call, they never called as our phones all record incoming calls answered or not and no messages were ever left, besides the fact the day they say they called we were home all day. We asked to be referred to another doctor and not be put at the bottom of the list. The CEO has deemed we will not be seen by any doctor in Kincardine. We are older and have some complex medical issues and have been without a doctor for over 6 months. Thanks to the ineptness of this doctor and the entire healthcare team we now have no access to local medical care. BEWARE . As a former nurse I know the ins and outs, I realize wait lists are the norm in ON, but we still have the right to refuse a doctor, apparently in this town we dont. Apparently refusing to deal with this dr gets you blackballed! HOW UNETHICAL ALL AROUND.

Dr. Denibriga is a doctor of merely acceptable caliber. Her staff, namely her nurse Debbie keeps things going. Working 3 days a week makes it difficult at times to get appointments. She doesn't seem confident enough to issue repeats on prescriptions I've been successfully for years.

I was a patient of Dr. Wiebe and am thrilled he found a terrific doctor to replace him. Debbie is also fantastic. The only issue I have is the front of house staff. They never answer the phone. You basically have to sit at home all day and wait for them to call you back (and in one case, it took me calling 14 times, no call-backs from them at all, and 2 weeks before I finally got a hold of someone). And if you miss that callback, you are in a cycle of "phone tag" just to try and make an appt. On average, it will take me 3 days to try and make an appt. They also aren't very friendly when you are trying to check in. They seem very annoyed that you are there.

As a patient of Dr. Weibe I was sort of inherited when Dr. Denobriga took over his practice. I've been to see her a few times now and I feel comfortable and confident that I will be properly cared for. I just wish she wasn't at the clinic. Making an appointment is problematic for me when they seldom answer the phone and expect you to leave a message and wait for a call back. I understand that a publicly funded system has limitations for service but this needs improvement. Online appointment booking would help. The parking monopoly ought to fund that.
