I find Dr. Warfield very cold and casual. No bedside manner as he does not remember your ailments, does not really listen to what you have to say, he just grins and says it is probably just... whatever. He dismissed my husbands blood pressure issues and need to check his heart etc and within 2 years husband had severe heart attack and required quintuple by pass ! He remarked, "These things happen". I went to him years ago but changed physicians and am much happier. I wish I could talk my husband into changing doctors. I think it would be in his best interest.

Been going to dr Warfield for many years! He has grown to be a disappointment. He walks in shakes your hand and tells you it's nice to see you. He pulls out his computer, because he doesn't know who you truly are. He types away and checks your vitals and your testies. He speaks briefly about your concerns and ignores your input. He say nice meeting with you and leaves. I need him to sign a medical paper from my insurance and he charged me $35 for his signature! Even thou its said do not charge patient! Looking for a new primary. Really gave him a chance, sucks that he only cares about turn around. Dr Warfield if you read this what happened, is this how you really care? $35 is half a days work for me and for just a signature! For Shame!!!!

I agree with the others that he is very hands off. He blew off my concerns of gall bladder issues as acid reflux. He did agree to let me have an u/s, which showed the gall bladder issues and resulted in emergency surgery. The PA at their practice is good, though.

spends no time talking to you, an annual "physical" consists of standard lab tests (prior to your appointment) The Dr. telling you what the test results were, he listens to your heart & lungs, looks in your ears, nose & eyes. Does a quick check/feel of your neck (for lumps? don't really know) presses on your abdomen, asks if you have any problems or concerns. Shakes your hand, and runs out. Just feels like a waste of $$

I originally went to Dr. Warfield because I was impressed with his Mayo Clinic credentials. I was SO disappointed! I really think that he is quite intelligent and has to "potential" to be a good doctor. However, when my family or I went to him, he was more of a "referral center" to send me to a specialist. He collects his copay and then I had to pay and expensive specialist copay. For a simple skin rash that he had already sent me to derms for twice - I told him that I wanted "him" to prescribe a cream. He refused. What a waste of time and $$. Should have gone to the specialists first and saved myself the copay for him. Always wanted followup appts after the specialist! For what???

I USED TO GO TO HIM AND HE WAS GREAT! I WENT TWICE SINCE I GOT BACK AND HE TAKES NO TIME W/ME AND DOES NOT DO WHAT I HAD SCHEDULED (PHYSICAL). DON'T KNOW WHAT CHANGED IN 4 YEARS WITH HIM...
