Greatest doctor on earth. Bad staff, waiting time too long, appointment time frame months out

Great Doctor. Usually takes over 30 days to get in to see Dr. Williams but he's worth the wait. I usually see the nurse practitioners. They are very good too but if you have an issue that needs a doctors knowledge it's worth the wait.

Dr. Williams is great-he takes the time to listen to your issue and is very personable when speaking with you. I've been going to him for over 10 years and can't imagine seeing anybody else!

Would so hate to lose him. He ia always cheerful when he enters the room, and continues to try to find whatever is wrong with you, even evasive answers. We have gone to Dr.W. for over five years.

Dr. Williams is a great doctor, and my family has been under his care for many many years. My only complaint is getting a referral- it can be a difficult process. My husband has needed two referrals in the past 4 months, and he has had to wait over 3 weeks for the referral coordinator to process it for him. He called several times a week to be told it will be done by the end of the next day, only to still not have it done. Most recently he actually waited on hold for ONE HOUR just to make sure he got his referral. I understand offices are busy and juggling different insurance companies can be difficult, but with today's technology, it would seem referrals could be handled much more efficiently.

my whole family see's Dr. Williams, He so well liked that it usually takes a few weeks to get in to see him... but he is the best i have seen. he does take time to hear what you have to say as a patient. and very helpful. i recommend him highly.

An excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and personable, who takes the time to listen without rushing you through.
