Doesn't give a crap, just wants to get out of there and drive that expensive car he has in the parking lot. Can't even explain his office policies and violates Title 24 1761 of DE Law more times then I have fingers and toes. See ya soon at the defense table!

This doctor does not care about his patients. He is rushed and just checking off boxes so he can get out of there. Long waits every time. At my husband's physical, we waited over an hour to see him. When it was finally our turn, Dr. Bianchi spent less than 10 minutes with my husband when he stopped my husband from speaking and told us we'd have to schedule another appointment to continue discussing his medical needs. Less than 10 minutes into a physical. We were floored. At my last sick appointment, I had bronchitis for a month and he didn't even know what antibiotics his office had already prescribed me for it. He tried to prescribe me one that they already tried and didn't work for me and I had to explain it to him. He obviously doesn't read the chart before coming in to see you. He literally just sees you as a number. Find another doctor.

Very accommodating offered to have office or home visit every one there was great

Made me make appointments every month. Used all my vacation days for the last 4 years. He never knew what I was there for? The main woman at front desk acted like she was doctor on the phone. Could never talk to a doctor in the office. I never new about lab results unless I was in his office and asked. I went back to my old doctor who is a mvp. He would always call ASAP if something was wrong. And was told what to do. Does not use computer for anything every thing is in a big paper file. If you want to be treated responsible do not see this Doctor.

Great doctor with great staff. Always accommodating with changes in appointments.

Dr Bianchi addresses all my concerns and he explains medical matters in terms that lay persons like me can understand. He looks at you as a person and gives excellent care.

Great staff and are always accommodating. I had to changes doctors and they picked me up as a patient I could not be more happy. I would and do recommend Dr. Alex Bianch.

They claim they are accepting new patients but they don’t have the time for them. Missed my appointment because of a misunderstanding, and they gave only one option in two weeks and another one in four weeks! They should be clear that they cannot get any more patients and don’t make people waste their time.

Entire office staff wonderful and full of knowledge. Receive excellent medical care. Sees you when you are ill. The NP and PA who work with him are incredible too!
