the office staff was rude and very obnoxious. They were not very helpful.

I saw him for a heel spur and plantar fasciitis. He was very helpful: sent me for x-rays, prescribed medication, gave me some really good info and the pain was gone quickly. Follow-up was good. Luckily, I have no more problems, but if I did I would go right back to him. Recommended!

Had a toe joint replacement. Was pretty disappointed in the lack of follow-up and lack of post-op instructions. No real sense of what to expect in terms of healing time and recovery pain. Took a full year to be almost pain-free. Could have used that heads-up when surgery was discussed.

I was able to fill a cancellation. The office was very helpful. The doctor listened to my story and provided a helpful solution.

Dr. Krausse has helped my family with painful toe issues many times; and he is simply AWESOME !!!

misdiagnosed without xraying my foot said I have arthritis,told me to put a corn donut on my hammer toe,told me to ice my heel & said nothing about my painful bunion? I went for a 2nd opinion, he took an xray, said I DID NOT have arthritis, he tested my feet for nerve damage I had none(Krausse did not check for nerve damage) New Dr. gave me a shot for my painful heel.I DO NOT have a heel spur if I did & left undiagnosed by Krausse I would have gotten worse by neglecting it I am having surgery to repair my foot by new Dr.He is also going to redo my right foot that Krausse did because the hammer toe was never straight & bunion correction after his surgery because Krausse did not put a pin in it to keep it straight?I have renewed confidence in my new dr KRAUSE was negligent in my care & diagnosis and surgical procedures.Older woman with short blonde hair is the rudest, obnoxious woman I have ever met in a professional office.I have nothing good to say about this place Shame on you Krausse

Dr. Krausse is an AWESOME Dr.!!!!! He is intelligent, skilled and has a great personality. He has helped myself and 2 family members when we were in pain, and gave us quick relief. Dr. Krausse is the best podiatrist---hands down. THE BEST DR. !!!!

got into my appointment early!!!! very friendly and easy going staff and doctor. very knowledgeable, knew what my problem was before I finished telling him about it and within 1 week I was feeling better.
