I would say that his receptionist Sandy does need a wake up call and realize that she is in a people person position. This woman is not even remotely close to this title I give her 1.5 . My physician however is everything that i need in a professional. He is quite friendly, and extremely knowledgable, 5 helpful,5, punctual 5. i rate him in this manner because any time I wait it is because he is giving Superlative care to his patients. Ofcourse I have to have patience and schedule as such as I have to realize consideration to the other patients not just myself. I would say some need to learn manners, ettique, and protocol and get over themselves. I find that the fine docto r responds to how you approach him..if you do not want aloof quit giving it, attitude, quiet , cold, stop your behaviour, look in the mirror!! This man has always been open, caring, empathetic, and invested in my family...I approach him with the same...My Doc ROCKS!!!!! The children will not even see anyone else...whats that say...their feeling!!

Dr Falodun is a very poor doctor. He is not empathetic to patients and is motivated by money. He shows very little genuine interest in the patients issues but is anxious to get to the next patient to keep the money coming. I had stress issues at work, so he wrote me a letter (which I had to pay extra for) to take stress leave. When my employer requested medical forms to be filled out (again more extra billing), the forms were completed so poorly and quickly that my short term disability got denied. Have you ever heard of such a thing? When I went to see him about it, he acted like he could care less and dismissed it. If you are considering using this Dr, you are making a big mistake.

I don't know how these"patients" can give Dr Falodun a 1* rating. My experience has been very good. Has been our family Dr over 5 yrs since and is thorough in his exams. Tells me when I am worrying for no reason (usually about my children's symptoms) and refers to specialists promptly when warranted. Doesn't over prescribe meds. He is quiet and initially seems aloof, but that's just his personality. He's a very nice person. Have referred my friends who couldn't find a family doctor and they have all been happy with him.

I concur with some of the responses here. Over the last few years, I have known Dr Falodun to be a caring, pleasant and competent professional. He is very approachable. He has been diligent in monitoring my test results and calling me back promptly. I agree that he is a bit on the quiet side but I appreciate that about him.He has provided me good medical care not just what I thought I wanted. He has definitely been one of my best doctors in the last 2 decades. His staff are also friendly especially the lady that takes you to the exam room.Keep up the good works!

Hi, I have seen Dr. Falodun for two to three years now. From the website I see some people think he is uncaring/unapologetic. I think people confuse his calm demeanour with being rude and uncaring. I lost my father a few years back and had all these symptoms. He carefully disregarded all symptoms and sent me for many ultrasounds/even an MRI (and I was in my mid twentys). Then he gave me tools to cope, and now he is still very caring. He is definitely a Doctor you need to engage with proactively and ask for what you want - but in my opinion he is great at listening and will try to test for all symptoms in many ways. I recommend him.

Dr Falodun has been our family Doctor since we arrived Calgary about 2 years ago. Though he's very discrete and quiet, he's knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He keeps to time and does not keep you waiting unncessarily. My concern has been the frontdesk who repeatedly appear to be too formal, and could be more courteous. I will raise this with the Doctor the next time I visit if this continues. Otherwise this is a great clinic.

I am appalled on how I was treated by the front receptionist. This occurred several weeks ago and I am still livid.Dr.Falodun is a fine doctor but I will not be returning because of this awful woman. There is no excuse for such rudeness,I was thrown off guard by her attitude I didn't know how to respond.I know in my younger days I would've given her an earful. This is a very unhappy lady and will bring you down to her level if you let her, unfortunately I did and will not be returning.

We really like Dr Falodun. He has been very caring to my family and myself. We feel comfortable talking to him about personal issues. He is competent, pleasant and does his best to accommodate our requests. He diagnosed me with a rare medical condition because he did not give up on some abnormal test results. We appreciate Dr Falodun and thank him for being our doctor.

Some of the recent comments sound malevolent.Looks like somebody might be on a smear campaign here! I have had a very different experience. I find him to be very pleasant and approachable.I have been a patient for almost 2 years and he almost always asks me whether I have any more questions or concerns. Sometimes he is very friendly but at other times he is very formal. The only issue that I have had was not getting my appointment details on time. Apparently, we had moved houses and did not update our address at the clinic. They immediately arranged for another appointment. Overall, a very good and knowledgeable doctor. I certainly am very comfortable with his style.Would I recommend him? A definite yes.
