35 years ago Dr. Cook attended my father Angel Paz for a hearth attack in another country. He was AMAZING. One of the best Doctors that I have met. We couldnt see him anymore bc he was coming to USA. Sad for us but happy for his new patients in USA.

Dr Cook has been my Dr for 15 years. He is the very best you can find. He is pleasant and understanding in every area of treatment. I found him on a trip to the emergency room as the on call Dr. If you are looking for a good Dr. he is the one.

Very professional doctor. Was very receptive to my concerns and took the time to go over all of my problems. Not concerned about time running out and getting out of the office in a hurry. Dr. Cook was able to pinpoint what was wrong with my heart in several office visits and several tests. Other doctors were not able to pinpoint what was wrong with me for the past 5 years. I am very glad to have been refereed to Dr. Cook. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing primary care and cardiology specialist.
