I went through a nightmare for a yr thinking that I was positive for HSV2 after coming up with a low positive result with a herpes select test. My boyfriend at the time even left me. I heard that Dr Arani was the Dr to see to have a confirmatory Biokit done if your test score is below a 3.0.... which mine was. I finally decided to go and am so glad I did....I found out that Dr Arani is one of the most personable and knowledgeable doctor's I have ever met. His staff is wonderful and courteous as well. I only waited approx 10 minutes to be brought into the Examination room, Dr Arani took his time to speak to me and make sure I understood everything (which most doctors don't) and then it took only 15 minutes to rcv my test result and to my surprise it was NEGATIVE! I am still in complete shock but am happier than ever...I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottome of my heart. I feel like I have my life back. I recommed this doctor to anyone 100%!
I was there last week after months of wondering and goin to differnt clinic for my warts, I went to this clinic and he took them off my body on same day. Now it is my 3rd week, result is great and I am vey happy. The only complaint is that I had to wait about 1 1/2 to see him, but hey after all I'm relieved and very happy now. I highly recommend them.
-$20/two hour wait only to be told that there was nothing I could do about my situation plain sucked. This Dr. seems to only be interested in the BIG BUCKS. I was really shocked and humiliated at the way my visit turned out. First of all I found it weird that he needed an assistant to simply look at my bottom side and tell me that my wart was "HUGE and GIGANTIC" over and over under his breath. While I lay on my stomach totally vulnerable, they both just stood there while he kept repeating that. For someone who brags about seeing thousands of patients for this common skin disorder you would think he would have a little more tact than that. The pictures on his website show WAY worse conditions than my own. So after I was made to feel like a freak and what not, he goes on to tell me he won't touch me for less than $1,700 basically and hands me a address to USC medical when I tell him there's no way I can afford it. He gave me no hope as USC can take months to be seen. Yah great dr indeed
Dr. Arani was incredibly helpful in helping me determine the true diagnosis of my health. After being declared HIV positive by one of the world’s most renowned medical institutions, I went to his office for a second opinion. Within 30 minutes, he was able to administer and return the results of an FDA approved test that showed that the original lab had made a mistake. After a week, the original lab called to tell me that I was in fact HIV negative and that they had made a mistake. The piece of mind his facility provided was crucial in helping me get through one of the most difficult weeks of my life.
had unprotected ****: discharge and pain. went to his office 9am and left 12 noon. tested and got treated (a whole bunch of pills and a shot) he also gave me pills for my partner. The bad part: $$$. If you have money and need to take care of your STD and have a few hours available (not 15 minutes), then he can help you. If you're concerned about privacy: he is the one, but go there with a whole lot of cash
I have been going to Dr. Arani for over a year now to treat genital warts that I got from my ex. Because I was too embarassed, I waited much longer than I should of and went to Dr. Arani when I had over 50 warts :-/ ..After a few treatments, I've finally gained my self confidence back. It's a pretty embarrassing thing to have, but I'll have to say that Dr. Arani made me feel very comfortable in office from day 1. The removal of the warts healed quickly and after a few months could not even tell that I had even had them. Just ask to see his before and after photos. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends (although this ailment is not something I'm vocal about) so instead I'm happy to let others know on here that he is a great doctor, will make you feel very comfortable and help get things back to normal for you. My advice would be to see him at the first sign of anything such as these warts. I would have saved a lot of $$ & time had I gone in after the 1st wart showed.
Went to Dr. Arani for HIV test. Having the results in 15 mins was worth the price for my peace of mind. Granted the other services may cost extra, but his $20 consultation fee is a wonderful thing.
My mom had no medical insurace as she was visiting from India. She wasn't feeling well so took her to Dr Arani. The doctor was exceptional in understanding the problem and ordered various test which diagnosed high blood pressure and urine infection. He prescribed medication and took all the time to explain the situation. The doctor and the staff are extremely courteous and understanding. Our follow up visit fee was waived by Dr Arani. Dr Arani is the best and may god bless him and his staff for taking care of patients in need who cant go to the emergency room. My mom is doing very well and feels much better after taking the medication prescribed. I whole hearteadly wish Dr Arani and his staff continued success and will recommend his services to all in need.
Dr. Arani's website does not state anywhere that he will charge anything but $20 for service & $20 for most medications. I was lied to on the phone when I called in to ask about the price of the medications ($5-$20). When I arrived down at the clinic, the receptionist stated that the medication cost could be $20-$90. They also wanted $65 upfront to do a throat culture. I didn't even have a sore throat. I only had $35 on me so I left without treatment after filling out all the necessary paperwork. I didn't even receive a call from the doctor apologizing about the experience. His website is a false advertisement and very deceptive. I believe that his positive reviews here are not from actual patients. They sound way too scripted. Great doctors mostly work off referrals, they don't advertise on GoogleAds. They also don't need testimonials. Their work speaks for itself. If Dr. Arani was so compelled by his mother's experience at County he wouldn't be bilking the unsuspecting & sick in need
I went in to get a quote for treatment of my genital warts, there was a $20 office visit fee up front in order to speak with him. I had previously been diagnosed with having HPV elsewhere. I wanted to know what treatment methods he provided and how much it was going to cost. After evaluating the infected areas, Dr. Ariani said that it was going to cost $130 to treat each wart. I had about 7 or 8 according to him. Dr. Arani would not accept insurance for this treatment, so I would have to pay the entire cost by myself. Knowing well that most people coming to him wouldn't be able to afford his costs, he insists on having you pay $20 up front, so if anything he gets that at out of you at least. And what did it for me in the end was how he pulled out this photo album book of previously treated patients as I was leaving, showing me before and after pictures in front of his staff and other waiting patients. I couldn't believe the low caliber of discretion they practiced at their clinic.
