I have been a patient of Dr. Goorah's for many years now and I have never had a terrible experience. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you might have adequately. Dr. Goorah herself, is a very caring dentist and performs the best dental work she can. I am always satisfied with the work she has done on my teeth.

Terrible experience. She made me come in for a consultation before she would clean my teeth. She charged me $25 for taking pictures of my mouth (not x-rays, actual photos). She told me I had five cavities and my Aetna insurance wouldn't cover any of it. I brush religiously and don't eat sweets or drink soda, and haven't had a cavity in years so I was already wary. I asked how I could prevent future cavities and was told there was no way I could because I have "deep crevices" on my teeth. I called Aetna and found out Dr. Goorah was completely incorrect about the insurance. Her office disputed with me when I called them but promised to look into it and call me back. After two days I called again, and again I was promised someone would look into it and call me back. That was a week ago today. The unprofessionalism at this practice is staggering. I am switching immediately. If I hadn't called Aetna they would have successfully charged me out of pocket for a service my insurance covers.

Dr Goorah is a top notch dentist and she has in her employ many knowlegeable and caring staff. Dr Goorah's office makes every effort to schedule appointments as quickly as possible often times in the same day if the problem is a painful or broken tooth/crown. Over the many years that I have been a client of Dr Goorah, I have had friends recommend other dentists but I have no intention of changing, I have been very pleased with her care.

Horrific experiences, won't go back. They do not include a cleaning in the 1st visit unless you complain. I've sat in a room waiting for 45 minutes every time I've gone. I needed a crown, & Dr. Goorah was so harsh that I got several large, painful canker sores, which she told me were a reaction to the temp. crown. After I paid my $360 for the crown, I got another $101.50 bill in the mail because their estimate had been low & they never charged my deductible. Called billing, entirely unhelpful & rude. Then I had several cavities filled, paid about $85 for those, then got an additional $85 in the mail. Called billing again, & the same condescending man spoke with me, told me it was my insurance's fault. Called my insurance, turns out they billed one of my cavities for the tooth I have the crown on (which is incorrect) & my insurance didn't cover it. When I called back to inform them of THEIR error, I never got an apology. HORRIBLE service. Canceled my future appointment immediately

This practice is one of the best I have been to. During my last visit I was very impressed with the high tech like computerized xrays which gives much less radiation & less cancer. The staff is always very nice & they have all the specialists right there. The dentists always strive to give me the best dental work. I have recommended many friends & family to this practice.
