Walked in to find the Doctor gossiping about other patients' complaints about parking. "This is Los Angeles," she said. "People should pay for parking." Staff tried to collect a deductible on an office visit, when it should have been just a $20 copay. Waited for over an hour only to be referred to another doctor.
I'm so upset I have to give this doctor up. My insurance changed to an HMO so I'm unable to see anymore. She is great, compassionate, very thorough in all she does. She makes you feel confident about your healthcare and believes in alternantive forms of medicine too. She won't push medicine if not needed. Highly, highly recommened.
Dr. C is, by far, the best Dr. I have ever had. I am very particular about Drs. I don't like to feel rushed and want a Dr who will take the time to explain things to me and make an effort to include me in the "plan" for my own health. Dr. C and her staff are so patient and friendly. So grateful I found them!
I LOVE Dr. Cashdan, but her staff made her lose me as a patient. I called in to make an appt. for my yearly pap, and the receptionist asked if I wanted my labs done. I said I haven't had that in a while, so I said OK. Come to the day of my appt. and I was abnormally bleeding. When I called in to see if I could reschedule (for what I thought was a pretty acceptable excuse), the B*TCH who answered the phone charged me $35 for a missed appointment. That was only my 3rd visit, and I had already had an earlier run in with her. She is rude and uncaring, and the fact that the Dr. keeps her on staff makes me question her judgment as well.
She is awsome !!!i love her sooo much she just a careing person when it come to anything or if you need an appointment she put you in the same day ....but they are on top with the deductable so be ready what you get you pay for it lol becuase shes a really good doctor
Dr. Cashdan is the only doctor who has ever physically assessed the alignment and mobility of my spine, costal (rib) cage, trunk, and hips with regards to my asthma. She examined the mechanics of my breathing and even mobilized my costal cage. She probably spent a good 30 minutes with me. As a physical therapist, I can say with confidence, that her knowledge of the biomechanics of normal and abnormal respiration is quite impressive. Consider this a recommendation from a fellow health care practitioner.
Dr. Cashadan is a very caring, thoughtful doctor who is also a good listener. She is easy to talk to and takes your complaints seriously. She always calls herself to report the lab results (even if the results are normal). I am an RN so I know a good doc from a bad one, and I think she is definately a good doc!
At first very friendly and helpful, but then became judgmental and cold to me. I recommended to a friend, and she felt so put upon by Dr. Cashdan's stoic "you're so irresponsible" response to a diagnosis that she switched doctors. They also don't listen carefully to specific lab requests, which results in overcharging. I gave it a 3 because it used to be great, but now has become unpleasant and unnecessarily expensive.
