Dr young seems to be a good person, but just don't feel as if anyone cares there. Appointments always 30-40 minutes behind, and a followup call was answerved with 'you'll have to make an appointment to speak to dr. ...translation to me was that they want the copay, and don't really care. Office always slow/empty yet always behind.

I had 10;15am appiontment. Did not get called until 11:08am. And I complained. The nurse I was next. Then took 2 more people. I go mad a lady came for a 10:45am appiontment and was seen in 5 minutes.
