Franklin Medical is a madhouse; it's hard to get anyone on the phone, and there are always line ups out the door. I once walked in the MAKE an appointment and waited 30 minutes to do so. The reception staff is extremely slow, and there are several inexperienced and unknowledgeable support staff working. It's basically a last resort going there. Last week when I arrived for an appointment for my son (that I made 4 weeks prior), I was informed that all doctors were sick and they sent us home. They then had to reschedule twice more because of a mistake. After getting shots, I asked to see the Dr.(pre-booked). She forgot about us in the room, then waltzed in with a large Tim's, all smiles, sweet-talked my son, listened to his heart WHILE TALKING, and then snuck out before inquiring why I wanted to see her. Also, staff gave appt for something they couldn't do there. I'm really dissatisfied and have no faith in or respect for this doctor and clinic. They all just want money.

When I first visited, I realized what a busy place this was yet I never had to wait very long to see the doctor or make an app't. Since then, I've had multiple visits due to a recurring situation. It really depends when you go and how many patients are in the waiting room. Sometimes my visits were short and sweet because that's all they needed. When my concerns were more complicated, she took the time to get to the root of the problem. She has a caring heart, is a good listener, always polite, efficient and very knowledgable. She is easy to talk to/approachable which is important. Most of the staff are wonderful to deal with too.

Keep moving If you're looking for a Dr. who is compassionate, caring, understanding, & has a heart. Doesn't even look you in the Eye when you're pouring your heart out in desperation. I could go on & on but I've already waisted enough time on her.. Time to go do some serious research this time before I make the same mistake twice. In alot of cases the closest isn't really the Best :(

I took my mom (who has terminal cancer) to see Dr. Jodie for the first time last night and she was very attentive and caring. She seemed to sympathize and I really appreciated her kind and caring demeanor. The office was clean and the staff was polite, although the girl at the front desk asked me twice why we were there. Unprofessional at best.

When I first made an appointment to sign up as a new patient, I had some questions, and the nurse came in asking "Do you really need to see the doctor? She's very busy". I replied: Yes! I've never even met her before and she's supposedly my new family doctor. For a routine annual check up (and PAP test), the nurse did it all (which wasn't much), never even saw the doctor. When I suspected I was pregnant, the nurse did my exam, I didn't even see the doctor then either. I quickly asked to be referred to an OBGYN for my pregnancy, and I'm so glad I did. At the OBGYN's office, now that's how a patient is supposed to be treated. With care, and trust. Taking the time to ask and answer questions. I gave the staff here a rating of 3, and that's only for the nurses. I'm not satisfied with the service, I feel like a number being shuffled in and out, this doctor knows nothing about me or my family history. I don't even think she knows I had a baby. Will be searching for a new doc soon.

The Dr. has an assembly line of "examination" rooms, you always have to wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment time to be moved into an exam room where a nurse comes in and takes your heart rate and blood pressure. When the Dr. finally shows up 15 minutes later (now an hour after your original appointment time), she takes less than 5 minutes in the room with you while she busies herself filling in the government form to be re-imbursed and will only allow you to ask 1 question per visit. When you go to her to find out if you can get a renewal on your blood pressure medication, she's obcessed with you going on an Atkins diet or suggestes you might want plastic surgery of some kind. This has happened during 6 appointments already and I have no idea what the results are from any of the blood tests she keeps sending me for as she says it's all fine. Well if it's fine why do I have to go every 3 months??? If I could find another DR I would. She's not a medical PROFESSIONAL

Had my son's 2 months shots appointment today with Dr.Wang at 3:40. The nurse gave him the shots and asked some questions and took some measurments which took no more than 15 minutes and we were told Dr.Wang will answer your concerns n listen to his heart beat. 4:40 came by and still so sign of the doctor so I asked the nurse and she informed me that the doctor will be right in. She did a minute later. She listened to his heart beat and touch his legs and said "oh he's good" and she went to wash her hands and walk out .I'm like "no wait what about his rash on his chest is that ezcema he has?". She answered no and rushes out the door. I'm not very happy to say the least. I had to book this appointment way back in December and I have many questions and concerns regarding my baby. What's the point of her being my family doctor if she doesn't care I might as well ask Google cause I'm sure I would get all my questions answered and not have to wait a month for an appointment! Disappointment!

Worst doctor's office ever... Ever time I go it is a horrible experience. Always waiting at least an hour (with an appointment). They never care about you. They rush you. They lose your paperwork. They change your appointment and don't tell you. They are cold, I could go on for ever.
