Why does she have to be so condescending? That was our last time there.

I do really regret I wasted time with Dr. Poole. Do not do that.

Dr. Poole is the best Pediatrician we've ever had. She is very understanding, compassionate, kind doctor who is so great with my kid.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Poole! She was so kind and seemed like she really cared about my daughter and the concerns I had. She didn't make me feel insecure about my little worries and continued to conversate with me instead of talking AT me. After coming from a horrible experience with a different pediatrician, it was a dream to find Dr. Poole. The office staff is always kind and on top of all our appointments - even when I'm the one who forgets :) Would highly recommend.

I guess I was the unlucky one! Or, I saw a different doctor. I read these comments below and I did not feel that she cared about my son. Very formal and cold. I have seen better doctors.

Amazing Dr!! She is so great with my son and I can ask any question and she doesn't brush it off or make me feel silly for asking. She really cares. She goes above and beyond her jod in every way. Thanks Dr. Poole ❤️
